Beaver camped at Northern Iowa, Drake and Grand View last summer. He commanded the huddle and operated with poise. <br><br>With potential to develop as a baseball player, Elbert also has received college attention in that sport. Army and Air Force have offered him scholarships this spring. He visited West Point during last season, when he also stopped at South Dakota.
