Very good pass rusher who has a high motor and takes good angles to the ball. Novosel, who plays for Rocky River High School, is a good route runner with great adjustment to the ball. The Class of 2028 recruit flashes ability to create separation v. press and get open downfield in some training tape in one-on-ones. Allen, at 6-foot-3, 190 pounds, has a good frame with plenty of time and room to grow. He has a quick release and solid trigger, with good velocity between the hashes and flashing good touch on the deep ball. He is also mobile enough to elude rushers, escape the pocket and make plays with his legs on the run. Grice displays good ball skills on defense. He can high-point the ball, snatch it out of the air, and flip the field after interceptions. On offense he displays good burst and acceleration, with a quick first step off the line-of-scrimmage and adjustment to the ball.
