He is a player who you get the ball to in multiple ways and let him create his own yards. His relentless pursuit creates big hits and turnovers as well, running down ball carriers from sideline to sideline. He also shows an instinctive ability to shed blocks, wrong-arming pullers to beat them inside for TFLs, or ripping through their hands to defeat blocks on the edge. His athleticism can also be seen when making explosive plays on offense and special teams as a returner. His pocket awareness to climb or escape while keeping his eyes downfield is impressive, as he connects with receivers numerous times when coverage breaks down. When he breaks the pocket, he puts the defense into conflict, as he has the speed and athleticism to create big plays with his legs, and the arm strength to exploit defenders leaving coverage. Working primarily from the slot, he displays an initial burst off the line, which marries up to great feet and acceleration out of his breaks, which creates separation downfield. Likewise, he understands to expect the ball immediately out of breaks, snapping his head around to make grabs on time and in rhythm with the QB.
