District 3 Film Review: 5 Rising RBs in the 2027 Class

Playing as both a running back and a defensive back, he was a big-time playmaker last year. As a running back, he has quickness and a burst that make him difficult to tackle. When he runs through a hole, he looks like he explodes through a cannon. Greer also catches the ball well out of the backfield. Plus, when he gets into the open field, he is off to the races. He has elite speed. Then, as a defensive back, he is a good player who constantly chases plays all over the field. He is especially a good tackler. His film appears to be a mix between varsity and junior varsity. He played linebacker and running back. As a linebacker, he showed an explosive ability off the ball. He was able to chase down plays all over the field. Then, as a running back, he is a physical running back who is hard to tackle. If teams try to arm tackle him, they are in trouble because of his running ability. He also shows good speed and burst, especially in the open field. He can run past defenders. Simmons should be a good player on the Varsity team this year for Susquehanna Township. He has elite speed, and once he gets into the open field, he is off to the races. He also shows good patience. His ability to wait for the hole to open, then explode through it, is special. Then he has an excellent ability to make defenders miss. Guthrie also shows a physical running style. He is a tough player for defenders to tackle. Playing in Berks Catholic's wing-t offense, he is a perfect wing-back/running back. His ability to take handoffs off tackle and make defenders miss is impressive. He also shows good speed to hit the hole and make defenders miss. He has a shiftness that makes him hard to tackle. Then, when he gets into the open field, he is off to the races. He is that good of a running back. He refuses to go down when defenders try to tackle him. Several times on film, he is running the ball for hard yards. H constantly refuses to go down. He has a physical running style that allows him to do that. He also has quickness and burst you love to see out of running backs. He also has good speed. If you give him an opening, he will take it for long runs.
