Hoosier Hustle: Unsung Heroes Who Balled Out

The Hoosier Hustle was loaded with talent this weekend, and while there can only be 1 champion, there were tons of players who showed out, and today we're highlighting a handful more of those players. Caitlin is a smooth athlete who consistently eats up cushion and stresses defenders with his speed. I liked how quickly he closed space off the line, forcing DBs to turn and run. He showed good hands throughout and came away with multiple highlight grabs, finishing plays at a high level. With the ball in his hands, he's dangerous, using his speed to create big plays and add value after the catch. Stuckey is a smooth, fluid athlete who glides across the field and covers ground with ease. I thought he was one of the more natural movers at the event, especially with how effortless everything looked. He made an impact on both sides of the ball, showing real versatility. Offensively, he came down with several impressive grabs, consistently tracking the ball and finishing through contact. Defensively, he had the play of the weekend with a falling interception in the corner of the end zone. My takeaway is that his ability to contribute across multiple phases really separates him and makes him a name to keep an eye on. Pelt is a shifty receiver with dependable hands who consistently found ways to get open. I liked his feel for space, especially against zone, where his instincts allowed him to settle into windows and present himself as an easy target. He moved the chains multiple times with key conversions and proved to be a reliable option throughout. Michigan Made came to play, and Pelt was one of those key contributors who kept the other teams honest. Monden brings good length and speed, paired with a twitchy athletic profile that shows up in space. I liked his awareness throughout the weekend, consistently understanding how to work himself open and stay available to the quarterback. He came away with a few quality touchdown grabs and finished plays when given the opportunity, all while staying composed from start to finish. There's a steady presence to his game, and the tools are there for him to keep trending upward. Brown is an explosive athlete who is at his best with the ball in his hands. I liked how dangerous he was at full speed, showing he could hit another gear once he found space. He got the corner multiple times and finished with scores, stressing defenses with his burst and acceleration. He also brings good length and vertical ability, giving him added value as a downfield threat and at the catch point.
