As we exit winter and head into spring, it's almost time for official visits.

In the recent recruiting calendar, we have seen the majority of elite prospects come off the board by the July 4th week.

So the next few months are absolutely crucial for exposure, interest and offers from college football programs - from the top on down.

This list takes a look at Oregon and Washington prospects who Prep Redzone feels are under-offered for their ability level.

Not all of the athletes on this list are sure-thing Division I guys in our eyes.

But all of them are included because we feel they deserve more offers than they currently have, and in some cases we believe they are about to see their recruitment rise significantly.

A list for the defense will also be released shortly.

Here's a look at our "All-Under-Offered Northwest Offense":

QB: [player_tooltip player_id='984867' first='Jayden' last='Baum'], Evergreen (2028)

QB: [player_tooltip player_id='1613160' first='Brady' last='Bonnell'], Tahoma (2028)

[player_tooltip player_id='984867' first='Jayden' last='Baum'] was exceptional in his sophomore campaign, completing 81 percent of his passes for a highly-productive 2,700 yards, 20 touchdowns and just three interceptions.

Given his 6-foot-2, 205-pound frame, he more-than-adequately projects to the Division I level.

Baum holds an offer from Sacramento State, but it certainly feels like many more could be coming his way.

He's already talking to Oregon State, Washington and others.

The first-team GSHL selection should rack up plenty more scholarships before it's all said and done.

Tahoma's [player_tooltip player_id='1613160' first='Brady' last='Bonnell'], the son of former Washington Huskies quarterback Carl Bonnell (2004-2007), is a dual-threat quarterback with enough size (6-foot-1, 185 pounds) and speed (4.61 40; 11.28 and improving 100) to intrigue.

But his numbers may have been even more stellar.

As a sophomore, Bonnell totaled 2,103 yards and 24 total touchdowns (16 passing, 8 rushing), averaging 7.8 yards per carry.

His status is sure to rise in the coming years given his impressive blend of athleticism, genetics and on-field production.

RB: [player_tooltip player_id='985352' first='Briytan' last='Bailey'], Puyallup (2028)

RB: [player_tooltip player_id='1609595' first='Iden' last='Rule'], Tualatin (2028)

At some point, you just have to trust the tape.

Puyallup's [player_tooltip player_id='985352' first='Briytan' last='Bailey'] is only 5-foot-8, 180 pounds, but the film is loud.

He was the SPSI Offensive MVP, rushing for 1,700 yards and 24 touchdowns.

So far, he holds a lone offer from Montana State.

But more are likely to be on the way, as there's been no sign of him slowing down.

Tualatin's [player_tooltip player_id='1609595' first='Iden' last='Rule'] is 5-foot-11, 205 pounds and may be the “next man up” in a recent string of great Oregon running backs.

Sharing a backfield last year, Rule popped, rushing for 720 yards and eight scores on just 103 carries, averaging 7 yards per tote.

He also added 12 receptions for 220 yards and two scores, further highlighting his explosiveness.

Rule will share the backfield as part of arguably the Northwest's best three-headed monster, [player_tooltip player_id='937241' first='Cole' last='Hachmeister'], a legit 4.4 40 guy who is a serious weapon wherever he lines up, and freshman sensational [player_tooltip player_id='2079648' first='Easton' last='Grubb'] (3,000-plus yards, 40-plus TDs).

Still, Rule is a two-way all-league performer and should get the lion's share of the carries.

That should be enough for college coaches to make the call.

I still don't know exactly where his ceiling lies, but offers are going to come at some level.

He's simply too talented.

WR: [player_tooltip player_id='985348' first='Jayce' last='Halasz'], Graham-Kapowsin (2028)

WR: [player_tooltip player_id='937738' first='Kase' last='Betz'], Graham-Kapowsin (2027)

WR: [player_tooltip player_id='1560665' first='Brevik' last='Hill'], Grants Pass (2027)

WR: [player_tooltip player_id='1242623' first='Cavan' last='Rogers'], Wilsonville (2027)

ATH: [player_tooltip player_id='937241' first='Cole' last='Hachmeister'], Tualatin (2027)

The hardest position in the region to parse down is unquestionably wide receiver.

Nelson's [player_tooltip player_id='937176' first='Malachi' last='Garlington'] has already accumulated double-digit offers, but still might be under-offered for his ability.

Same goes for Puyallup's [player_tooltip player_id='1188105' first='J'Isaiah' last='Mitchell'], who is one of the fastest-rising players on the West Coast.

But if we're talking “under-offered” it's tough to argue they top the list.

Instead, the captain of the “under-offered” team may be Graham-Kapowsin's [player_tooltip player_id='985348' first='Jayce' last='Halasz'].

Why?

He cracks the top-eight in the Washington 2028 rankings of both PRZ and Rivals, but is currently the only member of that “Elite Eight” that doesn't boast a Power 4 offer.

That despite generating interest from Washington and Oregon, both of whom have scheduled the 6-foot-2, 175-pound playmaker for unofficial visits.

Halasz was sensational during his sophomore campaign, racking up 64 receptions for 1,023 yards and 12 touchdowns.

Power 4 offers are coming his way.

It's only a matter of time.

Graham-Kapowsin teammate Kasę Betz is a year older in class and is one of our favorite “sleepers” in the region.

The 5-foot-11, 175-pound pass-catcher hauled in 76 receptions for 1,221 yards and 12 touchdowns.

So far, Betz has offers from Montana State, Portland State and others, but it feels like his recruitment could (should?) climb up another tick or two before his high school career comes to a close.

Grants Pass junior wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1560665' first='Brevik' last='Hill'] doesn't have a single offer so far, but that should change.

The near-scratch golfer is a 5-foot-11, 170-pound big play waiting to happen.

As a junior, he was the conference year of the year and a first-team all-state selection, racking up 87 receptions for 1,020 yards an 15 scores.

The sure-handed receiver deserves more attention than he's currently getting.

Wilsonville wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1242623' first='Cavan' last='Rogers'] played in just six games last season at Oregon City, but was stellar or that portion of the season — 40 receptions, 695 yards and five scores with the “catch of the year” in Oregon.

He's going to put up massive numbers this fall at Wilsonville and should generate interest.

Simply put, college coaches likely haven't seen enough to offer him.

But he's at least a small college guy, with some FCS+ upside.

As mentioned in in the running backs section, Hachmeister is an explosive play waiting to happen as a running back, wide receiver or return man at Tualatin.

You can't coach speed, and he's a legit 4.4 guy who also earned MVP of the Idaho camp.

And he puts it to good use — 5 games played, 87 offensive touches, 881 total yards, 9 touchdowns.

He could double that production this fall with a healthy season.

TE: [player_tooltip player_id='1609764' first='Sam' last='Robbins'], Valley Catholic (2028)

TE: [player_tooltip player_id='1609596' first='Brady' last='Knips'], Tualatin (2028)

Before the big running back boom in Oregon, there was a long run of really talented tight ends.

I'm not sure that era is fully back - keep in mind a few of those guys now play on Sundays.

But there's a few big-time playmakers worth keeping an eye on.

Eastside Catholic's [player_tooltip player_id='1003593' first='Tytan' last='McNeal'] is the best tight end in the region, but he's a five-star recruit with tons of offers.

So he is eliminated from this list.

That leaves a pair of intriguing Oregon athletes.

Valley Catholic's [player_tooltip player_id='1609764' first='Sam' last='Robbins'] is 6-foot-5, 195 pounds with a 3.8 GPA.

The Ivy League schools may eventually be interested, but he's starting to pop to the wider world of college football.

He's got a sky-high ceiling and is already flashing elite production — 33 receptions for 588 yards and nine touchdowns.

He should be nearly unstoppable this fall and put up shocking numbers.

If he does, his recruitment could explode.

Tualatin, as mentioned, has a loaded offense in the state of Oregon over the next few years.

Adding to that stellar lineup is emerging star [player_tooltip player_id='1609596' first='Brady' last='Knips'] , a 6-foot-5, 215-pound playmaker.

Knips is learning a lot about route-running this offseason, and should see his production make a leap.

There's a Division I player potentially in that frame.

If he continues to work and get better he's a good bet to rack up some offers.

Both Robbins and Knips have some serious upside.

OL: [player_tooltip player_id='2105987' first='Mark' last='Bailey'], Silverton (2028)

OL: [player_tooltip player_id='2161078' first='Cade' last='Wilson'], Banks (2027)

OL: Xander Mishkin, West Linn (2027)

OL: [player_tooltip player_id='1599614' first='Ben' last='Rainwater'], Inglemoor (2027)

OL: [player_tooltip player_id='1369680' first='Dalton' last='Stevens'], Mark Morris (2027)

OL: [player_tooltip player_id='1593163' first='Ben' last='Goalen'], Summit (2027)

Silverton won the Oregon 5A state title with a ton of speed and a head-spinning collection of playmakers.

But the most special player on the roster may have been sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='2105987' first='Mark' last='Bailey'].

The first-team all-state offensive lineman and second-team all-state defensive lineman is 6-foot-3, 255 pounds and projects as a future interior lineman.

Bailey is worth keeping a close eye on.

Banks offensive lineman [player_tooltip player_id='2161078' first='Cade' last='Wilson'] holds early offers from Eastern Washington (very recent) and Idaho, but is also hearing from several Pac-12 and Power 4 schools.

The 6-foot-4, 295-pound lineman has a legit chance to be the best player ever to come out of Banks (Cole Linehan, the former Oregon Duck, makes that tough, but the Banks head coach coach will help guide him).

Wilson is going to get more offers.

The only questions left are “how many?” and “how big will the schools be?”

West Linn offensive lineman Xander Mishkin is a top-five lineman in the state of Oregon right now and plays for arguably the state's best football program.

The 4.13 GPA student is 6-foot-3, 290 pounds and likely projects inside at the next level.

Mishkin will be playing on Saturdays somewhere, and should be getting a little more love than he is currently.

He can play.

[player_tooltip player_id='1599614' first='Ben' last='Rainwater'] is a 6-foot-6, 280-pound offensive lineman with serious upside.

In just the time this list was put together - from rough draft to publishing - he has added a seventh offer from Wyoming.

Rainwater may have the most upside of any offensive lineman on this list, thanks to his size and athleticism.

Lake Stevens offensive lineman [player_tooltip player_id='1369680' first='Dalton' last='Stevens'] is a three-time all-league selection who has allowed just 1.5 sacks in three years.

The 6-foot-3, 290-pound lineman is generating small school interest, and those offers should come his way before his recruitment is over.

Summit's [player_tooltip player_id='1593163' first='Ben' last='Goalen'] is a 6-foot-4, 280-pound lineman who is quietly rising up boards.

He remains a bit of an unknown against elite competition, but a few camp showings could help him dramatically.

There's growing interest at various levels of college football.

As we exit winter and head into spring, it's almost time for official visits.
