Florida has long been a hotbed of high school football talent. Annually, Florida produces some of the nation's top prospects. Florida athletes are known for their speed, agility, and raw athleticism. These prospects have made names for themselves and have caught the attention of coaches and scouts at the collegiate level. With the 2025 season over, we're looking for players whose stock is rising in the state.   These players are all talented and have college-level abilities. Some of these players have a few offers, but all of them have the ability to play college football at some level.   There are some big-time, highly rated prospects and several sleeper prospects who should all be getting looks for the next level. This list is full of stud prospects. [player_tooltip player_id='1681607' first='Kelsey' last='Gerald'] – RB, Santaluces High (c/o 2027) Height/Weight: 5'11”, 205 lbs Season Stats: 158 carries for 1,267 yards (8.0 avg); 21 receptions for 222 yards; 10 TDs (10 GP)   Scouting Report: Gerald is a highly sought-after running back with multiple D1 offers, a powerful, downhill runner with an impressive blend of size and burst. He presses the hole with patience, then accelerates decisively through contact. His 8.0 yards-per-carry average reflects both vision and big-play ability. He also shows dependable hands out of the backfield, making him a viable receiving option.   Analysis: Gerald projects as a true three-down back with the frame to handle volume and the efficiency to create explosive plays. His combination of power and pass-game involvement gives him strong upside. Continued refinement in lateral agility will elevate his overall ceiling, but his production and physical tools already stand out.   Elisha Gamble – RB, Park Vista High (c/o 2027) Height/Weight: 5'9”, 175 lbs Season Stats: 111 carries for 742 yards (6.6 avg); 6 receptions for 22 yards; 7 TDs (9 GP)   Scouting Report: Gamble is a quick, agile runner who thrives on acceleration and sharp change-of-direction ability. He shows good vision in space and the burst to turn small creases into chunk gains. His low center of gravity allows him to stay balanced through contact.   Analysis: Gamble projects as an explosive change-of-pace back with big-play capability. Adding functional strength and expanding his receiving role will enhance his versatility, but his efficiency and elusiveness already make him a dangerous offensive weapon.   Jamarlo Rawls – RB, Park Vista High (c/o 2027) Height/Weight: 5'9”, 205 lbs Season Stats: 77 carries for 356 yards (4.6 avg); 3 TDs (10 GP)   Scouting Report: Rawls is a compact, physical back who runs with power and determination. He finishes runs aggressively and can push piles in short-yardage situations. His sturdy build allows him to absorb contact and maintain forward momentum.   Analysis: Rawls projects as a rotational or situational power back who can contribute in short-yardage and goal-line packages. Improving burst through the line and overall explosiveness will help maximize his impact, but his physical style gives him a clear role.   Rhys McBryan – RB, Forest Hills High (c/o 2027) Height/Weight: 6'0”, 180 lbs Season Stats: 38 carries for 117 yards (3.08 avg); 9 receptions for 103 yards and 1 TD (10 GP)   Scouting Report: McBryan is a versatile back with good size and soft hands out of the backfield. While his rushing production was limited, he shows promise as a receiving option and demonstrates awareness in open space. His frame suggests room for physical development.   Analysis: McBryan projects as a developmental back with potential in third-down or hybrid roles. Continued growth in strength and decisiveness as a runner will be key to unlocking more consistent production, but his pass-catching ability provides a strong foundation to build upon.
