PRZ NE Showcase: New York Defensive Notes II

With many athletes missing our New York Showcase, we had a solid group of New York Playmakers ready to ball out in Danbury, CT. Standing at 5'6" 140-Pounds, he displays a growing build which he should look to continue to fill out as he progresses through High School. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Espinal had a solid showcase for a first time attendee, and ranked in the Top 90 for each of the four drills. I was Impressed with his ability to make sharp cuts, with his footwork. I liked his IQ, and his ability to make plays on the ball with his size was impressive. Aviles was an athlete I saw multiple times throughout the season, and he made a good impression during the camp setting in Danbury. Standing at 5'9" 145-Pounds, he displayed a good frame for a versatile two-way player. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Aviles had a solid showcase in Danbury, and his combine testing, showcased some good speed, along with a quick burst. He ranked in the Top half for all drills. Aviles displayed good footwork, along with a high motor, and the ability to cover sideline to sideline. The 2027 Catholic League playmaker is an underrated guy, who is officially on our 2027 rankings radar. Standing at 6'2" 180-Pounds, he displayed an outstanding build for a Defensive Back, giving him a leg up with his size. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Kasouf displayed some elite speed at the showcase in Danbury. The 2027 DB, clocked a 4.67 40-Yard Time, which ranked in the Top 20. Kasouf had excellent range, along with good footwork, which allowed him to make quick changes with his direction. Kasouf was an impressive DB, in Danbury, who will easily find himself ranked in the 2027 Rankings. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
