After a successful senior season at St. John's Prep, outside linebacker [player_tooltip player_id='2113427' first='Alex' last='Turrisi'] will play at The Williston Northhampton School in Easthampton, Mass., next season. One thing that stands out on Turrisi's film is his ability to set the edge. It may be his best attribute. He is also excellent at shedding blockers before making a tackle. Turrisi is a high-academic prospect who has a good football instincts that allow him to diagnose plays quickly. He always seemed to be around the ball at St. John's Prep, where he recorded 80 tackles, including 15 tackles for loss, three forced fumbles and one interception as a senior, when he served as a team captain. Turrisi also excels in pass coverage. His tackling form must continue to improve, but he has above-average closing speed when he has to come up and make a play at or behind the line of scrimmage. May need to add good weight.

Max Kozikowski is the type of player who comes to mind when you think about exceptional run-stopping inside linebackers. He has a thick build, he's physical and he seems to enjoy contact. Even on offense he looks like a battering ram as a running quarterback. His future is likely on defense, but he could also be effective as a ball carrier in short-yardage situations. Kozikowski spent last season playing for St. Paul Catholic in Bristol, Conn., but will transfer to Loomis Chaffee in Windsor, Conn., next season. He's athletic, versatile and strong, and looks like a sound tackler. Opposing players rarely break free once Kozikowski has his hands on them. Kozikowski also delivers a blow when he tackles. His film doesn't show much in terms of dropping into pass coverage or many plays where he's traveling a long way to make a stop, but he's certainly a player who makes it tough for opponents to run the ball between the tackles. He will likely need to improve his lateral speed and quickness to excel as a linebacker at the next level.

Here's what the Williston Northampton School is getting in [player_tooltip player_id='1592573' first='Hunter' last='Alex'], who is transferring from Bishop England High School in Charleston, S.C.: an athletic edge rusher/outside linebacker who's strengths include quick play recognition and finding the ball carrier. Alex was very productive for Bishop England during his senior season, when he recorded 118 tackles (62 solo tackles and 21 TFL) and intercepted three passes. His best effort may have come in a 24-7 victory over Lower Richland in the Class AAAA playoffs, when he had 15 tackles, four of which came behind the line of scrimmage. Alex looks comfortable in pass coverage and showed good speed on his film during interception returns. He has a tendency to arm tackle, but his athleticism allows him to chase down plays from the back side and he often got to the quarterback when he was asked to rush the passer. Alex looks bigger than his listed height and weight, and has an FCS offer from Sacred Heart. He'll need to add stregth and may be best suited to play defensive back.

Gabe Goitom spent his senior season at Independence High School in Ashburn, Va., but has announced his intention to reclassify and play for St. Thomas More in Montville, Conn., next season. Goitom does a good job recognizing pass routes, which helps him run and stay glued to receivers in coverage. He has also shown that he can easily change direction when receivers make cuts. Goitom also displayed soft hands as a receiver on offense, but he could be more aggressive going when he's making a play on the ball as a defensive back. If accurate, his listed height and weight (6-foot-2, 185 pounds) are ideal for a defensive back, but added strength is a must. His film didn't show any plays where he had to help in run support, but he does break up a lot of passes with his physical play once the receiver gets his hands on the ball. College coaches will want to see more of him defending the run.

It's not a stretch to say [player_tooltip player_id='209828' first='Jrue' last='Keeling'] has Division I talent as a running back since he received an offer from Southern University -- his first Division I offer -- in early March. Southern is an FCS program that competes in the Southern Athletic Conference. Keeling, who will play for St. Thomas More next season, had modest statistics for Sprayberry High School in Marietta, Ga., last season, when he rushed for 644 yards and 10 touchdowns on 56 carries. He also caught six passes, one of which was a TD reception. His procuction would have been increased had he not played in an offense that featured multiple big-play threats. Keeling is a mix of power and speed, which makes him an effective runner between the tackles or when he gets to the edge. He can be tough to bring down, but also pulls away from defenders even when it looks like he's not running hard. Keeling appears to be a capable receiver. He would benefit if his highlights displayed his blocking ability. Like any Division I running back, he will need to keep improving his speed and lower-body strength. If he can be an effective blocker his versatility could make him a three-down back at the college level.
