Five 2028 Class Watchlist Prospects

<p>Throughout this article i will be evalutating five prospects that should be on evryones watchlist for this upcoming season to their incredible talent</p>    <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='1699103' first='Delvin' last='Walker'] is a two-sport athlete who is very talented and due to playing basketball it translates when he takes the field. Walker has elite bend coming off the edge and ability to diagnose the play before the ball is even hiked. When walker engages with the blocker, he is able to get free and make a play or close a hole fast with his quickness. Not only can Walker set the tone off the edge he can also drop back to the linebacker position and become a terrific blitzer and run stuffer. Playing basketball helps his read and reacting and knowing exactly when to break on the ball to make a play but not only that it helps with his pass rushing coming off the edge with his bend technique, Walker will definitely go up in the ranks and is a fun prospect to watch.</p>     <p>Talk about a disrupter this prospect [player_tooltip player_id='1605397' first='Kamari' last='Johnson'] is an absolute unit and a one-man army! As I evaluate Johnson film, he is a very impressive prospect who plays the linebacker position very well. Throughout his film I have seen him beat blockers, make open field tackles, get in the backfield with ease and showcase his coverage skills, and his ability to read and react. Johnson is a very hard worker, and it shows every time he gets on the field, but he is a prospect that wants to be the best, He is currently ranked #58 in his class but that will definitely change in the upcoming seasons as he is ranked the #1 linebacker. It's a reason he is listed as the #1 Linebacker because he can do it all and is very disciplined and gives every play 110 percent stay on the lookout for [player_tooltip player_id='1605397' first='Kamari' last='Johnson'] upcoming season as he makes the watchlist for class 2028.</p>   <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://twitter.com/Kamar1johnson/status/2026839436231631087?s=20 </div></figure>     <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='2135046' first='Malachi' last='Lee'] out of westfield is very electric recording in 1,400 plus all-purpose yards with 7 interceptions and not only that he is also the unanimous 1st team all-region punt returner. Evaluating Lee film on offense he has great hands and very crisp route running which makes him a true weapon for his quarterback. It does not matter if he lines up on the outside or in the slot Lee will still make a play and the ball will be in his hands regardless of the coverage. His jump ball ability is unmatched because he will come down with it and good luck to anyone who is guarding him one on one. On the Defensive side of the ball for Lee has very fluid hips and can get out of his breaks at a very fast rate and comes downhill quick which led him to 7 interceptions and 68 tackles recorded on the season. At 6'2" 185 he has very quick feet and blazing speed for his build, Lee vision is remarkably the best on the field. [player_tooltip player_id='2135046' first='Malachi' last='Lee'] is ranked #16 for his class and ranked #6 for his respected position I personally believe he will have an even better season coming up and I am going to have to make it to one of his games to see this young man ball out.</p>   <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://twitter.com/Malachi_ballin1/status/1995978682029277394?s=20 </div></figure>     <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='1571526' first='Darion' last='Majeed'] is a jack of all trades he can play on both sides of the ball exceptionally well and does it at a high level. This past season he has played Wide Receiver, Safety, Running back, Linebacker and even Nickel. Majeed recorded on the season multiple touchdowns and interceptions and made plays on special teams. Due to playing Wide Receiver and being a defensive back, he has tremendous hands and great covering skills. Majeed is a very good tackler and tone setter for Colonial Forge he plays every down hard and with a high motor he is a walking highlight reel. At the receiver position this a route technician and very polished and great ability to high point the ball and will flash his contested catch ability. Being at safety he is able to see everything and can read the quarterback eyes and make a break for the ball. Majeed has very fluid hips and field awareness and he showcased it all during his sophomore season. [player_tooltip player_id='1571526' first='Darion' last='Majeed'] is another prospect I believe that should be on everybody watch list due to how much of a freak of an athlete he is and also because he can contribute all over the field at a high level and is a true team player. At 6'2" Zion runs every route hard and has solid route running for his size. During this past season Rice remained open or made himself an available target for his quarterback to make a play. Rice plays the Tight end position well with decent blocking abilities at a high level. [player_tooltip player_id='1641175' first='Zion' last='Rice'] is on my watch list due to how impactful he is for his team and not only that he can line up anywhere on offense and plays the linebacker position exceptionally well. Now that the season is over rice remained being a hard worker by and having that dedication to be the best out there on the field.
