Florida has long been a hotbed of high school football talent. Annually, Florida produces some of the nation's top prospects. Florida athletes are known for their speed, agility, and raw athleticism. These prospects have made names for themselves and have caught the attention of coaches and scouts at the collegiate level. With the 2025 season over, we're looking for players whose stock is rising in the state.

These players are all talented and have college-level abilities. Some of these players have a few offers, but all of them have the ability to play college football at some level.

There are some big-time, highly rated prospects and several sleeper prospects who should all be getting looks for the next level. This list is full of stud prospects.

Prep Redzone Florida will always support every player on their journey to playing college

Jayvontay Louis – Spanish River High
Height/Weight: 5'10”, 158 lbs
Season Stats: 20 receptions for 339 yards (16.9 avg), 4 TD; 75 YAC (12 GP)

Scouting Report:
Louis is an explosive, track-verified receiver with legitimate top-end speed. His 10.7 100m and 4.4 speed consistently show up on film, especially when he gets a clean release off the line. He stretches the field vertically and can flip field position in one play. Despite a lean frame, he competes well at the catch point and adds value after the catch with quick acceleration.

Analysis:
Louis projects as a vertical threat who can stress defenses immediately. Continued development in route refinement and adding strength will round out his game, but his speed profile and academic strength (4.0 GPA) make him an intriguing upside prospect.

[player_tooltip player_id='2122897' first='Jeremiah' last='Allen'] – Boone High
Height/Weight: 6'0”, 165 lbs
Season Stats: 18 receptions for 307 yards (17.0 avg), 5 TD (8 GP)

Scouting Report:
Allen is a smooth, long-striding receiver who creates separation with fluid movement and body control. He tracks the ball well downfield and shows the ability to finish in the red zone. His length and athletic profile also translate on the defensive side at corner.

Analysis:
Allen projects as a versatile two-way athlete with upside at multiple positions. As a receiver, sharpening his route tree and adding functional strength will elevate his consistency, but his frame and big-play ability give him long-term potential.

Kameron Barber – John Carroll High
Height/Weight: 6'1”, 170 lbs
Season Stats: 20 receptions for 301 yards (15.0 avg), 1 TD; 56 YAC (7 GP)

Scouting Report:
Barber is a well-built athlete with strong hands and the ability to operate in space. He shows good balance after the catch and can turn short gains into moderate chunk plays. His length and fluidity make him a matchup problem against smaller defensive backs.

Analysis:
Barber projects as a developmental outside receiver with room to expand his production. Improving his explosiveness out of breaks and adding more consistency in contested situations will raise his ceiling, but his size-athleticism combination stands out.

Jordyn “Buddha” Butler – East Ridge High
Height/Weight: 6'0”, 165 lbs
Season Stats: 23 receptions for 262 yards (11.3 avg), 2 TD (10 GP)

Scouting Report:
Butler is a steady possession-style receiver who works well underneath and in traffic. He shows reliable hands and an understanding of spacing, making him a dependable target in short-to-intermediate areas. His defensive background adds to his overall football IQ.

Analysis:
Butler projects as a receiver who can move the chains and contribute on both sides of the ball. Continued development in route running and separation at the top of routes will enhance his impact, but his consistency is already a positive trait.

Jarmell Sine – Santaluces High
Height/Weight: 6'2”, 185 lbs
Season Stats: 10 receptions for 256 yards (25.6 avg), 4 TD; 50 YAC (6 GP)

Scouting Report:
Sine is a big-play receiver with impressive per-catch production. His 6'2” frame allows him to win at all three levels of the field and in contested catch situations. He stretches the field naturally and shows the ability to turn limited touches into explosive gains.

Analysis:
Sine projects as an outside receiver with strong upside. Increasing his target volume and expanding his route tree will help round out his profile, but his efficiency and scoring ability already indicate major-play potential.

[player_tooltip player_id='2044648' first='Sean' last='Tulloch'] – West Orange High
Height/Weight: 5'9”, 140 lbs
Season Stats: 18 receptions for 250 yards (13.8 avg), 8 TD; 32 YAC (11 GP)

Scouting Report:
Tulloch is a quick-twitch slot option with strong red-zone production. He shows good lateral agility in space and good awareness near the goal line. His ability to convert limited yardage into touchdowns highlights his situational effectiveness.

Analysis:
Tulloch projects as a slot receiver who can thrive in space and contribute in scoring situations. Adding strength will help him handle physical coverage, but his agility, instincts, and strong academic profile (3.8 GPA) make him an intriguing option.

Jayce Allison – Park Vista High
Height/Weight: 5'10”, 150 lbs
Season Stats: 13 receptions for 248 yards (19.0 avg) (9 GP)

Scouting Report:
Allison is a big-play threat who maximizes his touches. His nearly 19-yard average per catch reflects his ability to stretch the field and create explosive plays. He accelerates quickly and tracks the ball well downfield.

Analysis:
Allison projects as a field-stretching receiver who can impact games vertically. Increasing his consistency in the short game and adding physical strength will round out his skill set, but his efficiency suggests high upside.

Deandre King – Wellington High
Height/Weight: 5'9”, 160 lbs
Season Stats: 15 receptions for 240 yards (16.0 avg), 3 TD (8 GP)

Scouting Report:
King is a compact, competitive receiver with solid straight-line speed. He creates separation vertically and shows the ability to finish plays in the end zone. His experience at cornerback adds to his understanding of defensive tendencies.

Analysis:
King projects as a two-way contributor with vertical upside at receiver. Continued growth in route running and strength will enhance his reliability, but his athleticism and versatility provide a strong foundation.

Florida has long been a hotbed of high school football talent. Annually, Florida produces some of the nation's top prospects. Florida athletes are known for their speed, agility, and raw athleticism.
