X3 Impact 7v7 Practice: Top 12U Standouts

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>There was a multitude of talented rising stars at Battle Ground Academy this past Sunday as X3 Impact held practice for their 12U, 14U, 15U, and 18U squads. After catching all of the action yesterday afternoon, it's time to breakdown some of the top prospects from each group that shined during their time on the field. Nevels caught my attention with his confident and swift passing ability. I also really liked how Nevels could scan the backfield and connect with his receivers deep in the backfield. I really liked how Grossaint could use his height and wingspan to best the defense in the backfield. Another aspect of Grossaint's playstyle that caught my attention was his ability to elevate off the ground to make the clutch catch. Carr's explosive speed off the snap and catching ability made a considerable difference during scrimmage action as he hauled in a very impressive deep pass. In addition to his outstanding size, Barbee's speed and physical edge impressed as he was able to lock down his side of the field and disrupt passing. What makes Sneed such an efficient defensive weapon is his size and wingspan as he can easily swat the pass and lock down receivers in the backfield. I liked how Barbee could be explosive, contest receivers, and be disruptive. I also really liked Barbee's size and speed, proving he could make impressive stops with his ability to read the offense like a book.
