Newsome plays bigger than his height at 5'9, when you watch his tape he stands out and never backs down. Previously playing for Martinsburg High school in West Virginia, Woodson is in the fold with the Loudon Sports Academy. He ranked 24th in West Virginia 2028 class, he is now bumped up to 21st overall. He saw time at both corner and receiver last season. On offense he has tremendous vision but the reason we ranked him at cornerback is because of his nose for the football. Several times on his tape you can see how he reads the quarterback and gets a good break on the football.
