Excellent footwork against pass rushers with his kick, mirroring, and using his length.&nbsp; Good physicality and powerful use of his hands.&nbsp; Best football is ahead of him!&nbsp; Recently picked up offers from Northwestern, Boston College, and Western Michigan.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2053365' first='Owen' last='Roberts'] (York)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Roberts is a 6'5” defensive end had 61 tackles, 14 TFLs, 2 sacks, and 16 QB hurries.&nbsp; He translates speed to power effectively coming around the edge when getting after the quarterback. Good instincts in the run game taking on blocks and bringing down the back.&nbsp; Crashes down with his quickness and burst off the line.&nbsp; Plays with a super high-motor.&nbsp; Reeled in multiple Ivy League offers along with San Diego State.&nbsp; Multiple Big 10 programs are involved.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2134328' first='Joshua' last='Shaw'] (IC Catholic)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Wide bodied defensive tackle that plays with good leverage and strength.&nbsp; Extremely effective in the run game getting in the backfield for TFL and bringing down backs with his strong hands and length.&nbsp; Has some pass rush upside with a nice up and over move along with powerful bullrush.&nbsp; Consistent push up the middle. Good hands in traffic. Tracks it well over his shoulder.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2116428' first='Lincoln' last='Mercado'] (Geneva)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>As a junior Mercado had 26 catches for 272 yards and an impressive 6 touchdowns!&nbsp; Athletic tight end who can get up the seam for scores.&nbsp; Strong frame and good hands in traffic.&nbsp; Crisp routes over the middle.&nbsp; Does a nice job finding the weak spot in the defense when the play breaks down giving his QB a safety blanket to throw too.&nbsp; Lot of tools to like here as an in-line pass catcher that is a solid blocker and physical runner with the ball in his hands.&nbsp; Can also line up in the slot as well.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
