As customary with my event coverage, I feverishly write as many notes as I can, as quickly as I can, in order to report on as many prospects as I can. In this feature from Prep Redzone New England's Stock Up Showcase, I share my positional notes for the group aforementioned in this article's title. More coverage on different groups will be forthcoming in the days to follow, so be sure to check back later!

It was probably was because I had listed to Delaware Head Coach Ryan Carty the day before speak about quarterbacks at a clinic as to why I was so mindful of their mechanics the next day at this camp. I applied this to the look that I got at [player_tooltip player_id='1530510' first='Ryan' last='Creswell']. When taking his drop, Creswell opened up his shoulder toward his intended target. As per coach Carty, this is a negative. Doing so tips off any defender reading your eyes, allowing them to cheat in that direction, and potentially cause bad things to happen for your offense. Creswell should be mindful of dropped straight back pre-pass and only open up when he is ready to let it rip

Jacob Fortin did not afford defensive backs much time to react to his passes. If you clocked the elapsed time from when he cocks back to throw and the ball exits his hand, I doubt few on the day would have a more impressive release time than Fortin... Mechanically in his upper body, [player_tooltip player_id='2112890' first='Nathaniel' last='Thomas Rodriguez'] appeared to be sharp, especially for his young age (2029 graduate). A big one at just under 6'4", he needs to clean up his lower-half mechanics. Coach Carty spoke about his idea of a "stance arrow," that is, quickly, is the body discipline to align your entire body up with your ankle bone, which is pointed at your window/target. Adopting this philosophy will allow Thomas Rodriguez to lead his receivers more on-target.

A similar scenario with leading receivers better existed for Kaden Coy. Coy, too, would benefit from leading his target a bit further, especially during 1on1 matchups. Unlike the prospect before him, I thought this was because Coy seemed to short arm the ball and not follow through with his motion. I am curious to see if cleaning this up would yield better results... Yet again, I am of a similar opinion of [player_tooltip player_id='1002223' first='Mekhi' last='Eady'], but this time in terms of his follow through. I want to see the ball roll off of his hands a bit more, with his index finger being the last point of contact between him and the ball. Eady must also be at attention. During routes on air he delivered a ball to the incorrect target than he was assigned.
