Florida has long been a hotbed of high school football talent. Annually, Florida produces some of the nation's top prospects. Florida athletes are known for their speed, agility, and raw athleticism. These prospects have made names for themselves and have caught the attention of coaches and scouts at the collegiate level. With the 2025 season over, we're looking for players whose stock is rising in the state.   These players are all talented and have college-level abilities. Some of these players have a few offers, but all of them have the ability to play college football at some level.   There are some big-time, highly rated prospects and several sleeper prospects who should all be getting looks for the next level. This list is full of stud prospects. FSU Commitment   Scouting Report: Foreman is a rangy defensive back with elite ball production and strong closing speed. He shows excellent instincts in deep coverage and consistently puts himself in position to create turnovers. His length and fluid movement skills allow him to match up well against both slot receivers and deep threats.   Analysis: Foreman projects as a high-level defensive back with true centerfield range. His combination of instincts, length, and ball skills already translate to the next level, and his versatility between safety and slot adds major value.   Amir Reese – WR, CB, Choctawhatchee High Height/Weight: 5'11”, 170 lbs Season Stats: 40 tackles, 5 interceptions, 10 passes defensed (14 GP), 1 forced fumble. 3.8 GPA, 6 Division 1 offers   Scouting Report: Reese is a competitive, technically sound defensive back with good route recognition and quick reaction ability. He plays with juice and physicality at the catch point and shows natural ball skills from his offensive experience.   Analysis: Reese projects as a versatile defensive back who can play outside or inside depending on scheme. His football IQ and ball skills stand out, and continued physical development will raise his ceiling even more.   Preston Marc – CB, Naples High Height/Weight: 6'2”, 165 lbs Season Stats: 22 tackles, 4 interceptions, 11 passes defensed (10 GP). 3.0 GPA   Scouting Report: Marc is a long, athletic corner with strong disruption ability at the catch point. He uses his length well in coverage and shows the ability to stay attached to vertical routes. His pass breakup production shows strong timing and tracking ability.   Analysis: Marc projects as a boundary corner with strong upside due to length and coverage ability. Adding strength will help him handle physical receivers and improve tackling consistency, but the coverage tools are already very strong.   Ka'Meron Housey – CB, Jesuit High Height/Weight: 6'0”, 185 lbs Season Stats: 36 tackles, 4 interceptions, 4 passes defensed (11 GP), 4.5 40 yd dash, 1 Division 1 Offer   Scouting Report: Housey is a physical defensive back who plays with strong downhill trigger ability. He shows good recovery speed and competes well through contact. His build allows him to be effective in press situations.
