High-Effort Trench Warriors Added to the 2028 Rankings

Goldner plays with great bend, leverage and strength, being very disruptive at the point-of-attack. He can elude interior guards quickly and win on his first step. With plenty of tools as a pass rusher, he takes great angles to opposing quarterbacks and can be a heavy hitter. Limbach is a good LS who fires the ball back with velocity and power, and he is quick to get out of his stance and get downfield to cover and tackle on punts. As a run blocker he can fire forward to the second level, latch and drive linebackers off the ball effectively. He displays adequate use-of-hands and plays with good bend and leverage. Matthews is a good finisher who plays with high effort and has good play strength. He plays much bigger than his 5-foot-10, 187-pound frame would indicate. Left unblocked, Jablonski can wreck havoc on backfields as both a pass rusher and run defender. Jablonski takes great angles to the ball, has a high motor and great pursuit, but his strengths as a pass rusher are even better. High academic prospect who led his JV team to a 7-2 record, would expect him to have a bigger role on varsity in 2026.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
