Prep Redzone Louisiana has been running through a series of position-by-position articles updating the latest offers rolling in for many of the state's top rising seniors.

But some standout 2028 prospects — current sophomores soon to be juniors — have been racking up notable lists of early offers in their own right as well.

Continuing our early-offseason looks at Louisiana's latest recruiting updates, we'll run down the latest offers for those budding stars.

Note: The recruiting process doesn't ramp up for most prospects until junior year — and typically following junior seasons. But a few top prospects in each class do earn notable offers particularly early.

Here's a look at six 2028 talented wide receivers who have reported new offers during the past few weeks.

[player_tooltip player_id='1804134' first='Jacolby' last='Campbell'] — 6-1, 170 WR/ATH — Abbeville

The Tigers' standout debuted last year at No. 3 in Prep Redzone Louisiana's 2028 rankings, one of the top overall prospects in the state and top receivers in a strong class at the position. Campbell had a strong sophomore campaign on both sides of the ball, picked up Mississippi State and Arkansas offers prior to the opener, added Tulane and Florida State during the season and recently added Kentucky as the latest option on his early list.

Julius Brown — 5-10, 180 WR/DB — Leesville

Brown figures to be one of the highest debuts in Prep Redzone Louisiana's next round of rankings updates for the 2028 class. The biggest question may be to which position he more likely projects after an impressive sophomore campaign on both sides of the ball. Memphis became the first program to extend an offer this week.

[player_tooltip player_id='1372221' first='Cayden' last='Lancelin'] — 6-0, 170 WR/DB — Westgate

Like his aforementioned peers, Lancelin is one of the early headliners of the state's strong wide receiver class and has already shown intriguing potential on both sides of the ball. Lancelin was one of the Louisiana's first few 2028 prospects to see his recruiting process kick off nearly a year ago, and thus far this offseason he has added Syracuse, South Alabama, Ole Miss, Kentucky and TCU offers.

Nasir Parker — 6-4, 190 WR — Archbishop Shaw

The younger brother of former Eagles star running back Jasper Parker was one of the more under-the-radar prospects on this list heading into the new year, but that dynamic is quickly changing with early offers from Arkansas, where Jasper transferred this winter from Michigan, and Oregon State, where Archbishop Shaw alumnus Ricky Brumfield recently joined the staff.

[player_tooltip player_id='1372155' first='Calvin' last='Ursin'] Jr. — 6-2, 190 WR/ATH — Dunham

Prep Redzone Louisiana's highest-ranked offensive prospect was the first player in the state's class to receive an LSU offer nearly a year ago and one of the first couple to see his offer list particularly take off. The biggest storyline for Ursin thus far this year is his high school transfer to Dunham, but the recruiting process hasn't slowed down with Kentucky (and former LSU offensive coordinator Joe Sloan), Louisiana Tech and TCU becoming the latest offers.

Nicholas Wilson — 6-0, 170 WR/DB — Hammond

Hammond has started to see more prospects making their way into the Prep Redzone Louisiana rankings and onto the recruiting radar in recent classes, and Wilson looks to be the next on both counts. The speedy and versatile athlete has reported UNLV and Oregon State offers thus far this offseason and will debut in the next round of rankings updates.
