There was a multitude of talented prospects from around the Volunteer State and beyond in attendance at the Prep Redzone Tennessee Winter Showcase on Sunday. After catching all the action, it's time to kick off post-event coverage by talking about the event MVPs. These seven players were without question locked in from start to finish, impressing scouts as well as their own positional coaches. Without any further ado, here's the list of the Prep Redzone Tennessee Winter Showcase MVPs.

Claiming the MVP for the quarterbacks group was [player_tooltip player_id='1088646' first='Caleb' last='Sims'], a quarterback at Peabody High School. Sims made his presence known due to his outstanding size for a gunslinger as well as his high completion rate on the afternoon. Sims also stood out with his ability to complete the deep pass, utilizing his arm strength and pin-point accuracy to impress during positional drills.

Tape:

Earning himself the MVP award for wide receivers was [player_tooltip player_id='1103038' first='Brylan' last='Oduor'], a gifted player out of Blackman High School that already has attracted the attention of several notable D1 programs. Oduor continued to showcase his skillset on Sunday afternoon, using his size and electric speed off the snap to get open for a number of beautiful deep passes.

Tape:

Another outstanding prospect to earn an MVP award was Josh Crowder, a defensive back at Mt. Vernon High School. This talented rising senior out of Illinois made the most of his time in Nashville, proving his ability to be disruptive down the stretch and consistently contest the pass. What made Crowder so unstoppable was his versatile edge and physicality, proving he can elevate off the ground and use his wingspan to reach the ball first.

Tape:

Earning himself the linebackers MVP award was [player_tooltip player_id='1587004' first='Gerrard' last='Kaufman'], an edge/defensive lineman at Melrose High School. Kaufman was locked in early on during the broad jump, but really hit his stride during positional drills. What makes Kaufman so explosive is his ability to execute with efficiency off the whistle and finish strong. Kaufman also proved he has strong footwork and can pick up speed on the run.

Tape:

Another talented prospect to earn himself MVP honors was [player_tooltip player_id='1305180' first='Kruise' last='Buntyn Jr.'], a running back at Knoxville Catholic. Buntyn was highly explosive on Sunday afternoon, showcasing both strong footwork, electric speed, and excellent durability on the run. I also liked Buntyn's ability to burst down the field, picking up speed each step he took.

Tape:

Establishing himself as an MVP and one of the strongest offensive linemen was [player_tooltip player_id='1537346' first='Brayden' last='Gonzalez'], a rising talent out of Webb School of Knoxville. Gonzalez dominated every rep with his ability to absorb contact and use his size and strength to overpower his opponent. Gonzalez additionally proved his ability to sweep defenders off the ground.

Tape:

Easily one of the most explosive prospects to showcase his talent was [player_tooltip player_id='2092509' first='Frederick' last='Sanders Jr']., a defensive lineman at Briarcrest Christian School and event MVP.
