Jake Alves-Kennedy Catholic

Alves was an impressive player in Warwick, the Kennedy Catholic LB, measured in at 5'11" 176-Pounds, displaying a solid build for a LB. To fill out his frame, he should look to reach the 190-Pound mark. Alves displayed some solid speed during the testing portion, along with good footwork. The 2027 Prospect, displayed good footwork, including the ability to change directions, along with a good IQ. Sam was solid across the board, and displayed a high motor through drills. Alves is a rising Senior, who will be a top guy on the Kennedy Catholic Defense.

McIntosh, was the lone athlete competing from Section One, instantly making me want to see him succeed. McIntosh measured in at 5'11" 182-Pounds, as the rising Senior displayed a solid frame. I want to see him reach the 190-Pound mark to fill out his frame. McIntosh was a prospect who I wish I saw more of. McIntosh displayed solid speed and a quick burst. After talking with coaches, he had solid footwork throughout the afternoon, and improved as the showcase progressed. I did not get many notes on him in the coverage portion, but from what I have heard there was nothing egregious from any LB's.

Klffka was one of the younger prospects in attendance in Warwick. The Lancaster Freshman, measured in at 5'11" 210-Pounds displaying an impressive build for a 2029 Athlete. Klaffka displays a versatile frame as well, which allows him to line up as an EDGE rusher and as a LB. When I see a player who can do both I think of Will Anderson. Klaffka has tons of room to improve, and will only get better, and he displayed good footwork, and coverage throughout the showcase. I like him a lot, and in the initial 2029 Rankings, Klaffka will find himself ranked.

Mack was another 2029 Player I enjoyed watching. Mack was on the smaller side of the spectrum, but the 2029 Prospect, played with a high motor, and attacked every rep and drill. Mack measured in at 5'5" 170-Pounds, and has plenty of time to grow, and as a Freshman, is at a solid weight mark. He was a quicker athlete in drills, and got downfield in a hurry, forcing the RB's to make quick decisions. His footwork was solid, but can be improved as he continues to progress. Mack had a solid showcase, and will be a player to watch in the CHSFL soon.

The last LB in attendance was [player_tooltip player_id='2063774' first='James' last='Lynch']. The Port Jervis prospect, measured in at 5'7" 180-Pounds. Being only a rising Sophomore, he has plenty of room to grow and will do so. He displayed a solid build, and has a good size at his age. Projection wise I like the 200+ Pound mark for him but he is already at a good weight for his frame. He was one of the more physical backers in Warwick, and played with a high motor, and an attacking sense through drills and Indy
