New Year, New Faces in SWMO.

It's time to put a close on a great 2025 year. All around the show me state, these high school football players put on a show and made my job extremely enjoyable.   Now it's a new year and that calls for some new athlete's to make their mark on the football world.    148 carries, 1152 rushing yards, 20 Td's, 47 tackles, 5 sacks in 2025.   Williams looks like a man amongst boys at Lamar high school. He was a do it all type of player, so it wasn't difficult to find him. The Lamar Tigers likes to put Williams in a variety of positions on offense and defense. Sometimes, he's in the backfield, other times hes's in a h-back type of position. On defense he lines up on the edge.   On offense Williams is a true to heart downhill runner. He gains yards in chunks by just keeping his legs turning and dropping his shoulder through contact. On defense he really had a dominant year, he snaps off the ball and plays with a violent edge to him.   If Williams has a year like he did in 2025, Colleges are going to start paying more and more attention.      1696 rushing yards, 27 total yards in 2025.   Logan-Rogersville had so many skilled weapons on offense with, Cash Clark, [player_tooltip player_id='991868' first='Gage' last='Hale'], [player_tooltip player_id='1320123' first='Sam' last='Frieze'], and [player_tooltip player_id='991792' first='Skye' last='Vaughn']. When it comes to commanding the backfield Joe Roche was the wildcats go to guy.   Roche is sporting a good 6'0 195 pound frame, and turns through contact so smooth. Roche is a true bell cow type of back, he can give punishment to opposing tacklers, while also having plenty enough speed to run away from defenses and get to the edge.   Senior year is going to be huge for Roche.     Loe is the youngin of the group, but he plays with so much maturity. At the linebacker position he trusts his eyes and instincts to make plays. Loe is a super twitchy and explosive athlete with the ability to really flow sideline to sideline.   Nolan is also a absolutely striking tackler. When you watch his tape that's the one attribute that pops. When Loe makes contact with the ball carrier they usually hit the ground very fast.   Going into his junior year Loe is looking to be amongst the best off ball linebackers in Missouri.      A gamer! Creasey is just a good football player.   Creasey is an dual threat signal caller for the Aurora Houn Dawgs. When you watch an Aurora football game the first you notice when the offense takes the field is the unwavering confidence that Creasey plays with. You want your quarterback to have the cocky attitude that he can make every throw on the field. That's Creasey in a nutshell. Falling left, drifting right, off his back foot, sitting in the pocket. It doesn't matter Creasey thinks he can make that throw. Most of the time he absolutely can and will make the throw.   As a runner he's also fearless and can cause the defense to have to account for his legs every time he drops back. Stunning athlete that is just getting better and a lot of fun to watch.      Bruising inside linebacker with a nasty mean streak.   I first encountered Weter last 7v7 season with southwest7 and I thought he played very well. Weter can get to his spot in zones and play with his eyes very well and in man he is very sticky when covering backs and tight ends. When it's time to get those pads thumping is where young Weter shines the brightest.   Violent is the most common word when I see Weter play. He loves to impose his will on opposing blockers and ball carriers. He also plays very smart and can diagnose plays fast. As a blitzer he plays with his head on fire and passion in his heart that every linebacker needs.
