Earlier this week we released the updated 2027 rankings. The new list contained numerous players who moved up the rankings. We published Part 1 of our Fastest Stock Risers on Tuesday. Here is Part 2:

[player_tooltip player_id='1406446' first='Isaic' last='Alderman'], Eldorado: Alderman's older brother recently signed with New Mexico. Don't be surprised if Isaic joins him there next year. Alderman has tremendous size (listed at 6-foot-4, 288 pounds) with exemplary footwork and impressive mobility. Alderman screams D1 prospect.

[player_tooltip player_id='1787301' first='Luke' last='Cieremans'], Los Lunas: The younger brother of former Los Lunas legend Paul Cieremans (still at New Mexico State) is developing into a nice signal caller. In his first season as the Tigers starter, Cieremans passed for 1,405 yards and 16 TD. Los Lunas returns to Class 5A for the 2026-27 cycle and should be considered on e of the favorites to win District 5A-1.

[player_tooltip player_id='1790852' first='Devon' last='Garcia'], Bloomfield: The Bobcats have dominated Class 4A in recent seasons because they have extremely talented players all over the field, and get major contributions from underrated players like Garcia. He earned 4A First-Team All-State honors at defensive end after making 64 tackles, 8.0 TFL and an impressive 19 QB hurries. Wreaked havoc in opposing offensive backfields all season long.

[player_tooltip player_id='1787396' first='Jaden' last='Garcia'], Lovington: With Fresno State signee [player_tooltip player_id='853015' first='Alex' last='Rivera'] graduating in May, the 6-foot-1, 250-pound Garcia will become the face of Lovington's offensive line in 2026. Earned Honorable Mention All-State honors.

[player_tooltip player_id='1183085' first='Monty' last='Melendez'], La Cueva: Few players in the state had larger shoes to fill than Melendez going into the 2025 season considering La Cueva;s last two quarterbacks are both on scholarship at the FBS level. But Melendez performed admirably, throwing for 2,425 yards and 20 TD to help lead the Bears to the Class 6A semifinals.

[player_tooltip player_id='1605033' first='Dailen' last='Ramirez'], Centennial: After a promising sophomore campaign in 2024, Ramirez emerged this past season as one of the top ball carriers in Class 6A. He rushed for over 1,100 yards and 15 TD in just 7 games for the Hawks. First-Team All-State selection. He's got 1,500-yard potential. The Centennial offense could be prolific in 2026 with most of its major offensive skill positions returning.

[player_tooltip player_id='1604784' first='Cael' last='Walton'], Raton: As we've said before, the Walton name carries significant weight – and expectations – in the border town of Raton. Cael more than lived up to the family's fantastic football legacy in 2025 by rushing for 1,791 yards and 15 TD, catching 17 passes and making 51 tackles on defense. Just like his older brothers, Cael is outstanding on both sides of the ball.

[player_tooltip player_id='1680055' first='Zeke' last='Weir'], Organ Mountain: Weir showcased his freakish athleticism all season long for the Knights. He caught 38 passes for 678 yards and 10 TD, a bright light for Organ Mountain. His leap to catch a game-winning Hail Mary TD pass against Deming was one of the plays of the year. Weir will be one of the leaders of the Knights' football revival. Count on it.
