Emerging Tight Ends Enter the 2027 Rankings

He's made the transition from linebacker with success. He's an overall rangy athlete who bends well and has a great vertical. He's got long arms and can extend to make just about any catch in his radius. He's a good athlete who is having success on the field on both sides of the ball. He's got good hands and can go over the middle. He's willing to be physical and do the dirty work. Whether it's in the running game or passing game, he'll do his job. He's an addition in the running game and helps seal the edge. He can also be a lead blocker outfront. With the ball in his hands, he's able to create YAC and is hard to bring down. He'll fight for extra yards while protecting the football. He's got good top-end speed and can reach full speed in just a few strides. He eats up cushions that DBs and LBs give him. He's got decent hands and looks the ball all the way in. He likely needs some polishing in blocking, but he's got the strength to succeed. He's got a good vertical and can climb the ladder. He presents a big target down the field and can box out in the end zone for those contested catches. He's got good speed and is a receiver who can be flexed out wide.
