The added muscle is evident, and so is the confidence. He looks noticeably more explosive, creates separation with ease, and attacks the ball naturally. His offseason work is already paying off, and his recruitment should benefit from continued exposure. At around 6-4, he uses his length well in space and is tough to deal with in 7v7 coverage. He consistently won reps and played a big role in Prime8's 18U championship run. A strong start to what could be a big offseason.   Giovanni Tuggle | ATH | 2028 | Winder-Barrow | @GTuggle12   Tuggle showed why he's regarded as one of the top athletes in the 2028 class. His length, range, and ball skills stand out immediately. He covers ground effortlessly on defense and has a natural feel for creating turnovers. Already looks like a prospect with long-term upside at the next level.   Cameron Fuse | WR | 2028 | @D1Cam04   Fuse continues to look like a name to know in Polk County's 2028 class. He runs clean routes, tracks the ball well, and plays comfortably through contact. His game translates well to both 7v7 and combine settings, and he looks poised to build momentum this offseason.   Tristen Raines | ATH | Winter Springs | @t2havinnn   Raines brought consistent energy and competitiveness all weekend. He impacted the game on both sides of the ball, showing confidence as a receiver and toughness on defense. Explosive athlete who plays fast and doesn't shy away from big moments. He plays with good pace, runs disciplined routes, and has dependable hands. Coming off a productive sophomore season, he looks ready to turn offseason reps into a larger role moving forward.   Omari Hill | ATH | 2027 | The Villages | @Omari2wavy   Hill was one of the more consistent receivers throughout the weekend. Smooth mover who separates well and stays active in the offense. His ability to get open and finish plays kept him involved, and his stock continues trending up.   Rudolph “Blaze” Ingram | WR | 2030 | @Blaze_813   Blaze lived up to the buzz. His speed and sharp route running make him extremely difficult to contain in space. He creates mismatches instantly and plays with confidence beyond his age. As he continues to mature physically, the upside remains very high.   Ky'Mani Reed | ATH | 2027 | @KKymani__   Reed brought a defensive edge to the event. Vocal, active, and competitive, he consistently challenged receivers and made plays on the ball. His energy stood out, and he put together a weekend full of moments worth revisiting on film.   Tavares Powell | WR | Godby | @tjpowell2_   Powell has the size and awareness you like to see at the position. He works well through traffic, uses his frame to shield defenders, and shows good body control at the catch point. A dependable target who understands how to get open. He used his size effectively in the red zone and consistently finished plays with his large catch radius. If he continues stacking performances like this, he's positioned for a strong offseason.   Kamari DeBose | DB | 2026 | Hawthorne | @KamariDebosee   DeBose's size at DB immediately stands out. He disrupts routes, challenges throws, and comes away with multiple pass breakups. His size and coverage ability give him real upside as a boundary defender.   Ronald Parkinson | DB | 2027 | Lake Mary | @RParkinson_3   Parkinson stood out as one of the more reliable defensive backs this weekend. A versatile nickel/CB, he's comfortable in man coverage and stays attached through routes, making it tough for receivers to create clean separation. His instincts and effort show up consistently, both in coverage and when coming downhill.   Colton Outzen | ATH | 2028 | @colton_outzen   Outzen continues to impress as one of the more polished young receivers in the 15U group. He understands leverage, gets in and out of breaks smoothly, and consistently finds ways to get open. When his team needed a play, he was the option they trusted.   Nathan Williams | ATH | 2028 | @NateWillie1721   An explosive and versatile weapon who made plays all weekend. It's kids like this who make a name for himself at tournaments environment where they showcase dynamic traits.
