The junior delivered 24.0 tackles, 22 of which were of the solo variety. He also picked off a pass. When watching his <a href="https://www.hudl.com/video/3/18234117/6918b6b5930670c0e479820f">11th-grade highlight video</a>, we witness a guy locking down his side of the field against some of the state's top competition. Anglo looks smooth in his back pedal and changes directions with an easy flip of his hips. He tracks the ball well in the air and can compete for contested balls thanks to timing and leaping ability. The junior rushed for 320 yards (5.4 YPC) and six touchdowns, and caught 12 balls for 121 more yards. Forty three of his 67.0 tackles were solo stops, and he posted 4.0 tackles for loss and recovered a pair of fumbles. Beck also averaged 20.0 yards on three kick returns. An instinctual performer on the second level of the defense, Beck reads what's coming quickly and flies to the football. He's good at avoiding blocks and separating from the ones he doesn't side step. Brooks was a regular contributor on that unit. The junior posted 11.5 tackles, 11 of which were solo stops. He also returned a punt 32 yards, averaged 15.6 yards on five kick returns and was an important part of the Warrior coverage teams. He proves to be a well-rounded cornerback capable of sticking with his assignment in man-to-man coverage or in stepping up to stop the run. A case can be made that Buck falls into the bucket. The Spartans needed contributions all around the field in remaining unbeaten until the Class 3A state semifinals this season. Buck's output was important, to be sure. The junior posted 20.5 tackles with 14 of them being solo stops. He had 2.5 tackles for loss and forced a fumble. He added 148 yards (6.2 YPC) and a touchdown rushing. Buck's <a href="https://www.hudl.com/video/3/19755927/69012b8e206aefcac228958a">11th-grade highlights</a> give us a peak inside how he succeeds. As a running back, it's a downhill style with physicality in the finishing of carries. This fall, he registered 23.5 tackles, 15 of which were solo. Curtis proved disruptive in recording 8.0 tackles for loss and 5.0 sacks. He also was an integral part of the Indianola special teams as the long snapper, a position college coaches could see him adding value. Huhn looks like a prime candidate to continue that pipeline after watching him get the job done during his <a href="https://www.hudl.com/video/3/19627675/692a412c84423567d990977a">junior highlight video</a>. He operates with an edge from his offensive right tackle position. With long arms and agility, Huhn is sound in pass protection. His feet are smooth and he moves well laterally. He easily changes levels and reaches blocks in space, finishing through the whistle with physicality.
