A smooth route-runner with impressive breakaway speed, Matthews is a natural pass-catcher who can get open and change directions on a dime. He shows strong hands, burst, and the ability to elude defenders down the field. He can make a tough catch on the sideline and plays bigger than his 6-foot-0 185-pounds. He shows quick feet, terrific ball skills and was extremely productive as a sophomore this fall, catching 41 passes for 837 yards and 8 touchdowns, averaging an eye-opening 20 yards per catch. The Newnan star wideout is now ranked by Prep Redzone as the No. 1 WR prospect in the state for his class.

An electric wideout south of Atlanta with outstanding speed and big-play ability, Freeman showed this fall that he can score from anywhere on the field once he has the ball. He's a dangerous weapon in the screen game as he can elude defenders with ease while taking off down the field. He's tough to corral and is as fast as any receiver in the metro-Atlanta area for the 2028 class. He's an absolute burner who should continue to improve as a receiver more and more over time. His talent and potential is easy to see as he hauled in 48 passes this fall as a sophomore for 707 yards and nine touchdowns in 10 games. He's easily one of the state's top receivers in the 2028 class.

A speedy, electric wideout from Middle Georgia, Stephens was a pass-catching machine this season as a sophomore and was one of the more productive receivers across the state in the 2028 class. He shows plenty of burst and explosion to go along with dependable hands and easy big-play ability. The Mary Persons playmaker caught 77 passes this fall for 1,029 yards and eight touchdowns in just nine games. He was a weapon anytime he had the ball and was consistently one of the fastest and most explosive players on the field. Look for Stephens to be even better next fall as a junior.

A big-play machine who made a big jump in the latest rankings, Robinson showed last fall that he has some of the best ball skills of any receiver in the state for the 2028 class. He tracks the ball well and knows how to lead and catch the ball at it's highest point. He can run, jump, and make a big catch down the field in traffic. He's a natural athlete with a natural feel for the position. He's an easy go-to weapon for the Stockbridge passing attack and is fresh off an outstanding sophomore season where he caught 44 passes for 732 yards and an eye-opening 13 touchdowns in 11 games. He flashed easy Power Four talent and should see big offers come his way this winter after a giant 2025 season.

Another metro-Atlanta pass-catcher on the rise with an impressive combination of speed and ball skills, Flournoy is a quick, shifty wideout who can out-run defenders with the ability to make a tough catch low to the ground. He was one of the better receivers in the area and proved it on a weekly basis. The Lithonia wideout caught just 23 passes this season but took them 468 yards and seven touchdowns. He already has an impressive offer list and should see more come his way after his big sophomore season. He's currently ranked as the No. 5 receiver in the state for the 2028 class with his best football still way ahead of him.
