PRZ WI 2026 Rankings: Top Newcomers

Throughout the years we have done our best to leave no stone unturned and include all the top talent that we could find in these rankings. So by the time the final rendition of a class's rankings come out there isn't too much talent left behind. However, there is always some talent that slips through the cracks until that final update. Today we are going to dive into the film of those final new additions, the uncommitted ones in particular. We will breakdown what we see and do our best to get these uncommitted, new additions in front of the right eyes. Let's dive into the tape.    Carter used his career to develop and then compile evidence of being one of the best legs that WI has to offer in the Class of 2026. The senior K/P has offers from nearly every level from Whitewater to the Wisconsin Badgers and when you go to the tape it is easy to see what coaching staffs love about Carter's game. The tape starts by showing off the big leg on field goal attempts, easily sending through a 41 and 55 yarder with room to spare on both. The ball explodes off his foot in those field goal attempts, quickly gaining height over the line of scrimmage. It also jumps off his leg on punts too, giving his coverage unit plenty of time to get downfield while also flipping the field. Carter has a big time leg and could play either kicker or punter at the next level at a very high level.      Luke is one of the biggest steals in this Class. He debuts as a Top 100 overall player and #4 among edge rushers. The senior edge defender grabbed my attention when I watched him and Marquette play early in the season. The 6'3" 245 lbs athlete is a force off the edge. He wrapped up his senior season with 10 TFLs, 2 sacks, and 15 pressures in 10 games. Luke has a wide array of traits to win battles on the edge. His tape highlights his ability to dip, bend, and change pad level vs OTs. The 2026 is also very good on the edge vs the run. He takes on pulling linemen/TEs/FBs with power and doesn't give up ground. Even when taking on blocks the senior did great to shed and get to the ball. This is a kid with length, power, mobility and a high motor to match. He holds offers from Eau Claire and Duluth. Major steal in the making.      Another kicker added into the rankings is Arrowhead's [player_tooltip player_id='2067642' first='Cameron' last='Deboer']. The state champ was utilized heavily, going 16/20 on field goals and 43/50 on XPs. Those field goal makes include a long of 52 yards. While Cameron isn't the biggest kid he has mastered the ability to maximize the force he can drive into the football. It jumps off his leg on field goal attempts and clears the line with good height off his leg. The longer you watch him the more impressive the leg strength is. The ball seems to constantly be gaining velocity while in the air. The senior has a talented right leg and he deserves to continue showing that next level.      Another senior who grabbed my attention early in the season was CB [player_tooltip player_id='2053924' first='Amillione' last='Johnson']. The CB out of Marquette delivered a great final season with 6 INTs, 11 PBUs, and 42 tackles in 10 games. The senior also earned MVP honors at our recent PRZ WI Winter Showcase. Everywhere this kid shows up he competes and wins. He has that confidence you need to win on an island at CB. His physical tools help boost that confidence. Amillione is a twitchy athlete with the quick feet to be able to press and then stay right in the hip pocket of WRs. The senior obviously plays the ball very well too, illustrated by the great numbers. Tap into his tape. This is a kid that is going to compete every day and make your team better.      Logan compiled an outstanding high school career at WR for Waupun ending as a 2X 1st Team All Conference WR and 2025 Conference WR of the Year, plus All State honors as a senior. As you can guess by those accolades, Logan was an absolute nightmare to cover. The senior WR is such a smooth, yet explosive athlete. He bursts off the line and quickly can get to top speed when stretching the field vertically. His route breaks looks smooth and effortless, opening up easy separation for his QB to target. Logan also does so well playing the ball in the air, easily plucking it out of the air with his hands away from his body. No doubt about it, this is one of the best uncommitted playmakers in WI.      Senior WR [player_tooltip player_id='2045490' first='Sam' last='Robb'] spent 2025 rewriting the De Pere record books. He set the school record for receptions, receiving yards, and receiving TDs while earning 1st Team All Conference and All Region honors. Sam dominates with how smooth and effortless he is as a route runner. He also dominates with his long strides and top end speed, getting behind the defense and showing his abilities to attack the ball at the high point and make catches in traffic. Robb is a dangerous weapon out wide with his size, ball skills, and smooth athleticism. He has recently earned his first D1 offer from St. Thomas a couple days ago, so things are peaking for the senior playmaker.      A very enticing, under the radar athlete to know about in this class is Living Word Lutheran's WR/TE [player_tooltip player_id='1726954' first='Donovan' last='Pettis']. The senior has an elite frame at 6'5" 200 lbs that has the potential to fill out and become a mismatch TE at the next level. The big target plays with strong hands, giving his QB a massive catch radius. After the catch, Donovan can hit another gear and will pull away in the open field from DBs. The big man also can win with the power advantage that he has. I highly recommend checking this kid out. His best football is ahead of him, and it could be very impressive football.      Justin is coming off an elite senior season at RB for Pepin/Alma. The All Conference RB finished the regular season averaging almost 11 yards/carry and his dominance on tape matches that elite number. The big RB runs with the physicality and ferocity to match his 6'2" 200 lbs frame. Justin runs through arm tackles like they are the paper banner during player introductions. His powerful lower body and contact balance keep him constantly moving downfield. Justin doesn't just lean on that power, though. He also has the vision to weave through traffic and find weak points. Justin holds a few D3 offers. Check him out.      Jameson is another senior who burst onto my radar with his performance during a live game attendance. I love the way Jameson plays LB. He is undersized, but he plays with his hair on fire. The senior is so quick to diagnose plays and attacks with violence. Jameson plays inside and outside, and there is evidence winning at both. Off the edge he really gets to show that burst and bend around the edge. Off the ball Jameson is excellent at mirroring the back and meeting them right in the hole. Unger has sideline to sideline range and is a great tackler too. The 2026 has multiple D3 offers currently. Check him out.      Another dominant member of the Waupun offense to debut in the 2026 rankings is starting RB [player_tooltip player_id='2090027' first='Grahm' last='Gopalan']. Grahm fits the role of the change of pace back at the next level. The 5'10" 160 lbs RB is lightning in a bottle with the ball in his hands. Between the tackles, the senior is so quick and agile. He is able to create space when it looks like nothing was there. The senior has a great feel for where to attack with the ball. Despite being a smaller back, Grahm makes so many impressive runs that features his ability to break arm tackles and keep his feet through contact. Get this kid the ball in space and let him shred defenses. Dive into his highlights.
