There are great QBs in every part of Georgia, including the northern part of the state. He has been a top gunslinger in the state and finished with one of the better stat lines in the state, which is why he has caught the attention of many. Breaking down his film, he shows us that he is someone who works the low-high concept to a T. He is someone who also uses his deep ball to the best of his ability, as his deep ball glides through the air. Fowler has quickly become someone who can work through the pocket very quickly. You can see his youth at times, but this isn't a bad thing, as he will be someone who will progress through the reps he gets. He is someone who can easily develop with some better decision-making, as he has a solid arm and a solid bag of traits; he just has too much hope of making plays at times, as some of the mistakes he made were questionable. He spent the year getting reps with JV, and he is now slated to be the starter. He is someone who will likely be a star for this team. His speed has shown throughout the season, as he worked through his mobility. He has been fixing his release and is gradually improving everywhere in his game. He doesn't have the exact measurements that you would want, but he has made the most of it. He is one of my favorite players in the state of Georgia when it comes to throwing on the inside of the numbers, and he lets the ball rip at a very good angle. I absolutely love what he brings to the table, and because of that I have him as a top QB in the state and I find it hard to believe that there are many better than him in the 2028 class inside the Peach State lines.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
