Finn Walker | Oak Ridge

Walker looks to create chaos from his edge position whenever he touches the field. He plays with great force and his size gives him an advantage over many opposing players. Walker's reach allows him to keep blockers away from his body and to use that space to continuously make stops in the backfield. He has a powerful punch off the snap and uses the bull-rush effectively to reach quarterbacks in the pocket. Walker covers much ground with his long strides and can chase plays from the backside as well. With his large frame, every matchup is tilted in his favor. Walker plays with urgency and shows relentless pursuit to the ball. He is amongst some of the best in the area and will be a popular name this offseason.

Ayangbile just overpowers his opponents. Violent hands that sheds blocks with ease and great balance to maintain rushes after a power move. Ayangbile gets himself free from blocks and shows good quickness to get to the ball. He is a versatile lineman, able to play inside or outside. He can beat double teams and his strength is too much to handle for many opposing linemen. Ayangbile can disrupt and entire game-flow with his play and is a top name because of it.

Alex Coey | Conroe

Coey plays with tremendous speed and explosion. He fights through blocks with strength and effort, and will always find his way to the ball. Coey has great agility and elusiveness that is seen in his pass rush. He can side step and swim over the top of opposing linemen and his quickness cannot be matched for most of his matchups. Coey is dangerous when shooting the gaps, firing through lanes delivering pad-popping hits in the backfield. He is strong in run defense and makes it his mission to not allow anybody to outrun him to the outside. Coey is an all-around top-tier defender who gives his team an advantage whenever he is on the edge.

[player_tooltip player_id='946546' first='Kaden' last='McCarty'] | Cy Falls

McCarty is well known in this area, thanks to his play since his freshman season. The scary part is that he continues to get better every season. He has a relentless pursuit to the ball and is a complete game-changer on situational downs. His speed, get-off, and bend around the corner is tremendous. McCarty has the advantage over most matchups and benefits from having another elite rusher opposite of him. His ability to set the edge as well as collapse the pocket puts him at the top of many rankings. The Texas A&M commit does not let up and is a player to watch live to witness what he is capable of.

Waylan Nolen | Willis

Nolen had some incredible plays this past season that showed what he is capable of at the position. He has a great blend of both power and quickness off the snap, knocking opposing linemen off balance and positioning himself to make keys stops on the ball. Nolen has a knack for making plays at some of the most important times of the game and he does not shy away from the moment. He shows great awareness and plays with a high motor. That one-hand strike opens up so much for him when rushing the passer and he is a sure tackler when bringing down the ball carrier. He will be a key player returning for the Wildkats and a name to keep track of this offseason.
