Future Prospects in the KLAA

Last Monday of 2025! Today, we'll take a look at five more future prospects from the KLAA. We've got prospects from Churchill, Northville, Howell, and Hartland.    This season, Braylon served as a solid open-field threat. Mostly playing out of the backfield, Braylon did a solid job running north-south once he found a hole. In fact, his tape kicks off with a great off-tackle run, taking full advantage of two missed assignments from the defense. Braylon's second highlight looks broken from the beginning, but he's eventually able to turn upfield, cut back, and find wide-open space to the left.   Additionally, Braylon has a handful of good receiving highlights. At 0:42, Braylon finds himself open on a seam route and does a good job making the catch with defenders closing in. At 0:53, Braylon does a great job immediately turning upfield after catching the ball on the simple comeback route. It's apparent that Braylon is a solid athlete with good varsity experience. I hope he performs well enough at camps to earn college attention.      Tyler is an offensive tackle who straight-up does his job. Nothing super flashy on tape, but it's still quality.   Highlight after highlight, Tyler does a great job firing off the ball, keeping his pad level low, and winning early against defensive linemen. If Tyler can win leverage and get his pads lower than the opponent's, that defender is usually eliminated from the play pretty quickly. Now, there aren't too many pass-blocking highlights. Though 1:27 shows Tyler immediately knocking the DT off-balance and finishing the block on the turf.   I'm very impressed with Tyler's effort and physicality. He's on his way to reaching his high school ceiling, and I'm expecting a great senior season!      Considering Noah's size and effort, he's on prime offer watch heading into 2026.   I like Noah's tape. Atop the list of positives is effort and physicality. Noah does a good job playing physically, and he has the strength to easily move DTs when blocking down. Additionally, he's a freight train blocking at the second level, showing good agility for his size. Generally, when run blocking, Noah does sometimes struggle to stay low. Additionally, he can struggle to stick to a defender and drive. Considering the effort and raw power shown on tape, I'd expect colleges to do their homework on Noah.      Parker is another lineman who I feel should earn some recruiting attention in the coming months.   This is an offensive tackle who does an excellent job playing through the whistle. His tape is full of highlights where he finds someone new to block 5+ seconds into the play. 1:23 is probably the best example of this. Parker realizes his teammate is cutting back to his side of the field, and lays a defender out. Additionally, there are several instances of Parker playing with good leverage. Base blocking or down blocking, Parker does a good job keeping his pad level low and using the opposing defender's momentum against him. I could absolutely see Parker earning college attention in 2026, and I'm excited to see where he eventually plays his college ball.      I like Jackson's JV highlights. His tape kicks off with several kick returns. While Jackson doesn't possess high-end speed, I am impressed with his vision and downhill running. He did an excellent job of quickly finding flaws in the kick coverage and going full speed with hitting his hole.   Jackson displayed similar traits as an X receiver. At 1:39, Jackson earns a target on an uncontested slant and proceeds to break two weak tackle attempts before breaking into the endzone. At 1:47, Jackson displays his abilities as a man corner. Solid physicality on the press, and an easy job sticking with his receiver 10 yards downfield before earning the interception.   Jackson possesses several great traits that will translate well to varsity. Physical, high-effort, and productive with his opportunities. I truly think the X-Factor on Varsity is going to be his athletic ability. Upgrade speed + explosiveness, and Jackson becomes a far better football player.
