Prospects ranked 16-20 bring a combination of production, upside, and physical tools that firmly place them among the top young players in the state. Here's a closer look at the athletes rounding out this tier and why they're already separating themselves early in their careers.</h2>    Savvy quarterback with a mature feel for the position. Features a quick, compact release that allows him to get the ball out on time and stay on rhythm, especially in the short and intermediate game. Displays plus arm strength, giving him the ability to drive the football into tight windows and push the ball vertically when needed. Already holding three Division I offers, he shows the traits programs covet in the secondary. Moves well for his size with good range, closing speed, and fluidity in space to cover ground from depth. Displays solid instincts and awareness, reading the quarterback effectively and positioning himself to make plays on the football. Physical when triggering downhill, willing to fill the alley and finish tackles. Length shows up at the catch point, allowing him to contest passes and disrupt throwing lanes. Plays with awareness up front, consistently doing a good job picking up stunts and twists and working efficiently to the second man. Strong at the point of attack, generating movement with leverage and balance. Finishes blocks with power and violence, playing with a physical edge and competitive demeanor. Good ability to use his hands to control opponents at the LOS and maintain positional leverage to prevent them from getting to the ball carrier.
