2027 QBs to Know

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>I take a look at a group of 2027 QBs who are underrated as recruits as this stage but are need to know players going into the Spring. One of the top QBs in DC this past fall Will threw for over 1,800 yards 22 TDs and only 2 INT. He had a 68.6 completion percentage showing great accuracy and decision making. That translates to why he was so good at controlling the offense and limiting turnovers with just those 2 picks on the year. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>As a passer, Will throws and very pretty &amp; catchable ball. Getting it up and down smoothly, layering it over defenders and putting it right on the WRs hands. Will is a QB who is calm, cool and collected in the pocket. Has good pocket awareness and mobility, being able to avoid pressure and keeping good footwork. He stands tall in the pocket, eyes down field and knows how to use his eyes/body movements to manipulate DBs in coverage. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>With his ability to run and offense, paired with his accuracy, decision making, and live arm I expect Will to have another huge Sr. year for Bell. He passed for over 1,200 yards and 11 TDs last season. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Brycen displays a smooth throwing motion and release. He puts olid zip on the ball able to fit it into tight windows across the middle and up the seam. With good overall arm strength, Brycen can send it over top defenders and down the field hitting his receivers in stride. His ability to throw with anticipation, timing, and great accuracy is what stands out most to me about Brycen's passing ability. He has a knack for putting the ball where only his receiver can make a play on the ball. A solid overall athlete as well, Brycen is capable of extending the play with his legs and throws well on the run. A playmaker and creator from QB spot, Malachi consistently makes something out of nothing in the passing game. He shows excellent pocket mobility with impressive footwork and elusiveness to avoid rushers and make a play. With a live arm and a rapid release, Malachi gets the ball out quickly to his skill players. He can throw it on a rope and put it on his receivers in stride. As Malachi gets more comfortable as a passer and gets more reps. In 2025 he threw for 2,300 Yards &amp; 25 passing TDs, while also adding in 300yds on the ground and rushing 5 TDs. Blake is the type of QB who&nbsp;can push it down the field, uncork a deep ball with good trajectory and touch. With good overall athleticism and mobility, Blake can scramble for solid yardage. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"placeholder":"Add evaluation here...","className":"text-gray-700"} --> <p class="text-gray-700">I'd like to seem him further develop his arm strength, but as he does so and gets stronger he become a total QB. Last fall Kenny put up over 1,300 passing yard and 10 TDs. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"placeholder":"Add evaluation here...","className":"text-gray-700"} --> <p class="text-gray-700">First thing you notice about Kenny is his he has great arm strength. He throws a real pretty deep ball, able push it down the field with ease. With a live arm and smooth throwing motion/release, Kenny gets it out there for the receivers to go get it for chunk plays. Able to throw it on the move with nice zip, velocity and spin. He may only be 6'0" 155lbs, Kenny may not have the biggest frame but he can launch the ball with the best of them.
