Welcome to the final week of the regular season. We've got two region championships on the line that will have an impact on playoff seeding and that can make all the difference between having a home game and having to hit the road in the postseason.

Let's take a look at the four games that you'll want to keep your eye on:

NORTH CENTRAL (7-2) AT CENTRAL PAGELAND (7-1)

Last meeting: Central Pageland won 38-7 (2024)

Players To Watch: NC – [player_tooltip player_id='1820699' first='Brayden' last='Price'] (QB), [player_tooltip player_id='1816211' first='Johnathan' last='Coats'] (RB), [player_tooltip player_id='1847467' first='Logan' last='Stokes'] (WR), [player_tooltip player_id='1823265' first='Quayson' last='Peoples'] (RB/LB); CP – [player_tooltip player_id='1664364' first='Dwayne' last='Louallen'] (QB), [player_tooltip player_id='1639753' first='Aiden' last='Short'] (RB), [player_tooltip player_id='1592629' first='Taveon' last='Moore'] (ATH), [player_tooltip player_id='1817469' first='Aidan' last='Welch'] (DB)

Notable: By virtue of North Central beating Andrew Jackson last week, this game will be for the region title. The Knights will want to run the football and be physical up front and try to create chaos on defense. The Eagles play a similar style with a quarterback who can hurt you in the air and on the ground. Whichever team can limit the big plays on defense and win the battle in the trenches will likely walk away with the win in this one.

NATION FORD (4-5) AT FORT MILL (4-5)

Last meeting: Nation Ford won 27-23 (2024)

Players To Watch: NF – [player_tooltip player_id='1592521' first='Kason' last='Canupp'] (QB), [player_tooltip player_id='1635014' first='Malachi' last='Drayton'] (RB), Brady Adkisson (DL), [player_tooltip player_id='1821733' first='Jayden' last='Scott'] (WR); FM – [player_tooltip player_id='1149056' first='Quinn' last='Kelly'] (QB), [player_tooltip player_id='1266099' first='Broden' last='Mitcheson'] (RB), [player_tooltip player_id='1267211' first='Gray' last='Patterson'] (LB), [player_tooltip player_id='1394975' first='Joseph' last='Duey'] (LB)

Notable: Fort Mill's defense has been stingy, as they had two scoop-and-score touchdowns last week in a narrow loss to Indian Land, one being a 48 yard fumble recovery from Josiah McGill for the Jackets. Can they slow down an explosive Nation Ford offense? And which defense can make a critical stop? This game could determine a playoff spot, like it did last year as the last meeting came down to the final play. Another thing to watch is that four of the Yellow Jackets' losses have come by less than seven points, so if the game comes down to the wire, which team will have the advantage?

CLOVER (5-4) AT CATAWBA RIDGE (4-5)

Last meeting: Clover won 34-21 (2024)

Players To Watch: CLOV – [player_tooltip player_id='1776870' first='Brody' last='Woolbright'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1407416' first='Aaron' last='Shealey'] (QB), [player_tooltip player_id='1827423' first='Rhyan' last='Watson'] (WR), [player_tooltip player_id='1404968' first='Jackson' last='Hill'] (LB), [player_tooltip player_id='1827441' first='Jeremiah' last='Farmer'] (RB); CR – [player_tooltip player_id='1824261' first='Bradey' last='Compton'] (QB), [player_tooltip player_id='1592500' first='Darius' last='Sutton'] (WR), [player_tooltip player_id='1422524' first='Josh' last='Dobson'] (CB), Casey Fikis (LB)

Notable: The Blue Eagles are finding ways to win in a little bit of a different way than what they've done in the past, and that's throwing the ball with the two-quarterback system that Perry Woolbright runs. They can still run the ball and they play excellent defense in between the tackles. The Copperheads will need to find some answers offensively after a tough loss against Rock Hill last week, if they want to stay in the hunt for a playoff spot.

INDIAN LAND (9-0) AT NORTHWESTERN (8-1)

Last meeting: Northwestern won 49-6 in round 2 of the playoffs (2024)

Players To Watch: IL – [player_tooltip player_id='1467825' first='Matt' last='Kucia'] (pictured above at QB), [player_tooltip player_id='1819992' first='Sequel' last='Patterson'] (ATH), [player_tooltip player_id='1592288' first='Jamol' last='Horton'] (RB), [player_tooltip player_id='1042719' first='Hayden' last='Morris'] (WR); NW – [player_tooltip player_id='232624' first='Xavier' last='Means'] (QB), [player_tooltip player_id='1267334' first='Kameron' last='Vance'] (WR), [player_tooltip player_id='1823340' first='Nigel' last='Smith'] (RB), [player_tooltip player_id='1149051' first='Kamerin' last='McFadden'] (LB)

Notable: The winner of this one will secure the region 3-5A title and secure home field advantage throughout the playoffs. Northwestern has been balanced, averaging 233 yards per game on the ground, while averaging 205 yards per game in the air. The Warriors can sling it around and have weapons who can catch it from Kucia and run it. This game will likely come down to the line of scrimmage and who can create pressure on defense. Either way, this should be a fun one at District Three Stadium.
