2027 Edge Players Making An Impact On Their Team

We have seen him down in the trenches causing a lot of problems. He is a kid from Brookhaven who started to catch the attention of scouts last season. Fields has a good release from the edge that causes a lot of problems for offensive tackles. It is going to be interesting where he decides to go to school. At this point, he is out there killing it on the football.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Madaylan McKenzie</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>McKenzie is a player who is really dangerous from the edge. This kid just loves to manhandle anybody who is front of him. McKenzie is one of the best players in the 2027 class on the defensive side of the football. McKenzie could be a player who is going to play linebacker on the next level. In order to do so, he will need to be quicker, but he definitely has that motor that college coaches love to see.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1237165' first='Ayden' last='Coleman']</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Coleman is another player who plays on the edge, but we think will be a linebacker in college. There are not a lot of guys who can keep him from making big things happen on the field when he gets in his mode. Coleman has the ability to turn things up on defense. His teammates feed off of him having a good game. This kid knows how to make things happen in open space. That is something we noticed when he was an 8th grader running down on kickoff. He is a really special player who could really make it happen for himself.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Cam Noel</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Noel is making big things happen on the field for Grenada. He has been on their defense since last season. We have been able to see him put a lot of pressure on quarterbacks. He is able to get right by offensive tackles with ease. He knows how to get skinny when they are looking to make a play on him. Noel is not going to miss a lot of tackles when he is on the football. We do feel like we are going to see him playing football on the next level.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
