WASHINGTON

Lane Gerling, RB 2026
(5'10" 180) Was a sparkplug for the Blue Jays offense rushing the ball, receiving and in kick returns. Gerling runs hard and plays like a much bigger back with his physical nature and not avoiding contact. Although he is quick in his cuts and has good speed. He rushed for 133 yards averaging 11 yards per carry, had a big catch for 40 yards, and returned two kicks for a total of 40 yards in helping his team to victory.

Ben Galinas, OL 2026
(6'3' 250) Is a talented two-way lineman who anchors the line in the Jays running attack and had a strong game going against some good defensive linemen of the Bulldogs. Galinas is quick and agile with good athleticism to get out and block downfield. He showed good strength and did a good job finishing his blocks.

[player_tooltip player_id='1600964' first='Christian' last='Hill'], QB 2028
(6'2" 180) Ran the offense well and showed a lot of promise as an athlete in the future. Hill has good size and ran well with the ball displaying good vision, decision making and speed in their run heavy offense. He only threw the ball three times, but he looks like he has the potential to play multiple skill positions or possibly on the defensive side of the ball.

FT. ZUMWALT WEST

Landon Hamilton, WR 2027
(6'3" 205) Impressed me at Lindenwood camp this past summer and was one of the top players on the field in Friday's game. The talented junior has great size and strength and runs good routes. Those things combined with his speed and hands made him a very tough match up to stop. Landon is also a solid run blocker in the Bulldogs offense and likes being physical. He had an impressive 9 catches for 146 yards despite drawing heavy attention from the defense. He is a rising junior and definite college prospect going forward.

Christian Geno, QB 2026
(6'1" 190) Made the switch to QB from wide receiver this year following the transfer of last year's starting quarterback. This was my first time seeing him in that position and he acquitted himself well going 15 of 21 for 207 yards and a touchdown. He also ran for 37 yards. Geno is a real playmaker with the ball in his hands, and has exciting offensive skills. Colleges are looking at him as a receiver and athlete and he looks to have the talent to excel on the next level.

Michael Rath, RB 2027
(5'9" 170) Played a solid game against a swarming defense. Rath is off to a good start this season rushing for almost 500 yards in his first five games, including 62 yards on 17 carries against the Blue Jays. Rath is a quick and elusive back who runs really hard and has surprising strength with his ability to gain yards after contact. .
