Small School Ballhawks in Northern Indiana

Yet, Indiana's interception leaders through the first two weeks of the season are all in small schools, and all in the state's northern half. The 6-foot-1, 170-pound multi-sport athlete is a three-interception player who can take the ball to the house afterward. As a safety he displays great timing with his hands to break up passes and can be a physical hitter against the run. He has also played running back. He can high-point the ball and has great leaping ability. Denton can track the ball nicely in the middle of the air, and is very instinctive. He has a great frame - 6-foot-2, 170-pounds, with lengthy arms - that college coaches like, too.
