Prep Redzone dived into the film from week 4 and these were some of the eye catchers from what we saw on the offensive side of the ball!

QB [player_tooltip player_id='1719773' first='Cordell' last='Lee'] (Phillips – 2026)

Good size passer that has an arm on him! Excellent deep ball. Also the athleticism to run with creativity as he had several TDs using his legs.

QB Drew VandeVoorde (Moline – 2026)

Runs low to the ground and finishes off runs with power. Runs in between the tackles and takes what the defense gives him.

QB [player_tooltip player_id='1633030' first='Phillip' last='Turner'] (Kankakee – 2027)

The 6'2” quarterback that makes plays on the move scrambling with his legs then throwing downfield. Has good touch on deep and intermediate routes. The athleticism is a major part of his game extending plays and giving him more time to get it downfield.

RB Kyle Scott (Marian Catholic – 2026)

Senior running back makes quick cuts in the hole running in between the tackles. Capable pass catcher especially on swing passes. Doesn't lose speed when making cuts.

RB [player_tooltip player_id='1334119' first='Ladarrius' last='Foster'] (Harlem – 2027)

The 5'9” back can power it in on the goal line. Burst downhill through the line. Contributes on special teams and defense.

RB Tyson Hooks (DePaul Prep – 2028)

The sophomore back went up against DePaul Prep on Friday. Caught a swing pass and turned on the burners for an 80 yard TD. Excellent in the pass game with soft hands. As a runner he follows his blocks and uses his speed. Brings value in the kick return game.

WR [player_tooltip player_id='1694359' first='Coen' last='Demack'] (Bishop McNamara – 2026)

The senior wide out got loose over the middle on a downfield vertical route for a score. Also did a nice job blocking down the field for his teammates.

OL Daniel Desouza (DePaul Prep – 2028)

Continue to like what we see from this 6'2” left tackle. Good frame and base. Very good pass protector with his footwork, mirroring, and powerful hands. Allows no ground by pass rushers.

OL [player_tooltip player_id='1344777' first='Ralph' last='Haralson'] (DePaul Prep – 2027)

Good size at 6'2” 305 pounds for this young center. Can get downfield to block. Run blocker that can take on multiple defenders. Good in pass pro.

OL [player_tooltip player_id='1906736' first='Izaak' last='Doyen'] (Nokomis – 2026)

The 6'3” 315 pound left tackle seals well on the edge pancaking defenders to the ground. Run stuffing DT on the defensive side.

OL [player_tooltip player_id='1682057' first='Brayden' last='Weaver'] (Tuscola – 2028)

Weaver is a big left tackle that is powerful in the run game. Seals off the edge mauling his opponent. Human body mover on the left side of the line! Light on his feet vs the pass and has good athleticism.

OL [player_tooltip player_id='1637524' first='Jordan' last='Breuer'] (Belleville West – 2026)

The tackle went up vs a good Edwardsville squad on Friday night. At right tackle utilized his size and mobility in the run game to open up holes on his side. Plays with good technique and physicality.

OL Alex MacDirmid (Benet – 2026)

The Benet offensive lineman is a right tackle that has a nice frame and mirrors well. Uses his length to keep defenders out of his body. Seals off his side in the run.

ATH Cedric Terrell (Kankakee – 2026)

The safety read the QB, broke on the pass, and caught it right in front of the receiver for a pick 6. As a wide receiver he reeled in multiple touchdowns as a smooth route runner that makes himself open for his scrambling QB. Constantly making himself available for his quarterback.
