NEW 2029 RANKINGS: Watchlist and Risers

<p>The 2029 rankings for Arkansas have been updated. In this report, we cover three prospects to watch for development and three prospects who have risen up our rankings this cycle. That said, this doesn't cover all prospects who have risen, just a few. </p>   <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Prospects to Watch:</h2>    <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='1510986' first='Gavin' last='Presley'] is an underrated tight end. He can line up at H-Back, inline, and out wide. He's a physical tight end with strong hands at the catch point. He can fill gaps and running lanes with solid angles and the ability to stack and shed. Smith displays a quick release off the snap, eating up space quickly due to good foot quickness and acceleration. He gets to the stem quickly and creates separation off breaks due to good COD, balance, and burst. He is another impressive wide receiver who can play both the X and Z efficiently. Heard is a threat after the catch due to solid COD, lateral quickness, and a burst to get upfield. The young talent can high-point the football and adjust mid-route. He can exploit defenses through the air and on the ground. He displays good pocket mobility, contact balance and improvising skills to evade pressure and create with his legs. Teff showcased solid ball placement at all levels of the field.
