Carmel)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Burrell is the top wide receiver in the class as the Mt. Carmel pass catcher posted 75 catches for 1,257 yards and 18 touchdowns last season.&nbsp; Explosive downfield monster at 6'3" 185 pounds.&nbsp; Throw it up and he will go get it.&nbsp; Literally a homerun threat from anywhere on the field. Love how he tracks the ball in the air and has elite ball skills.&nbsp; Body control on the sideline.&nbsp; Redzone monster.&nbsp; Has a complete route tree.&nbsp; Also could bring value in the return game.&nbsp; The speed really plays before and after the catch.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Laron Baker (East St. Louis)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Baker has major juice on the outside!&nbsp; The East St. Louis 6'0" 170 pound wide receiver has explosive speed.&nbsp; Clocked at a recent Under Armour camp with a 4.46 40 yard dash.&nbsp; Major vertical threat that blows past the secondary and tracks the ball very well downfield.&nbsp; Can also win on short routes and well as intermediate comebacks.&nbsp; Love how he drives the DB downfield then stops on a dime to make the catch.&nbsp; Shake with it in his hands after the catch.&nbsp; Precise route runner with outstanding body control.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1335411' first='Ronnie' last='Gomiller'] (East St. Louis)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>GoMiller is one of the elite pass catchers in the 2027 class.&nbsp; At 6'0" 185 pounds the Flyers wide receiver is most effective going over the middle and being slippery with ball in hands after the catch.&nbsp; Quite simply he is YAC machine!&nbsp; Makes catch with his soft hands and explodes with the ball. Creates separation on short and intermediate routes.&nbsp; Has a knack for finding the weak spots in the defense and sitting down in them over the middle.&nbsp; Gets in and out of breaks with ease.&nbsp; Solid blocker.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1344621' first='James' last='Johnson'] (Belleville East)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Johnson is coming off a breakout sophomore campaign.&nbsp; The Belleville East wide receiver has a big frame and long arms at 6'3" 180 pounds.&nbsp; Smooth route runner, snatches the ball out of the air, and really knows how to use his body to out position defenders.&nbsp; Very good on in breaking slants and bubble screens.&nbsp; Tough to bring down with the ball as he is a physical runner.&nbsp; Willing blocker that has the size to be impactful in that area.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
