Week 1 Standouts: Players Who Made the Biggest Impact

Florida has long been a hotbed of high school football talent. Annually, Florida produces some of the nation's top prospects. Florida athletes are known for their speed, agility, and raw athleticism. These prospects have made names for themselves and have caught the attention of coaches and scouts at the collegiate level. With the 2025 season getting closer, we're looking for players whose stock is rising in the state.   These players are all talented and have college-level abilities. Some of these players have a few offers, but all of them have the ability to play college football at some level.   There are some big-time, highly rated prospects and several sleeper prospects who should all be getting looks for the next level. This list is full of stud prospects. Sebastian Reglado (c/o 2027) Position: Running Back School: Coral Reef High Height/Weight: 5'7”, 170 lbs Week 1 Stats: 7 carries for 95 yards and 2 TDs   Scouting Report: Reglado is a compact, explosive back who makes the most of his touches. With excellent short-area quickness and vision, he finds lanes with decisiveness and accelerates into the second level. His 95 yards on just seven carries in Week 1 highlight his efficiency and big-play ability. While not the biggest back, his low center of gravity makes him tough to bring down on first contact. A playmaker who can flip the momentum of a game in an instant. His combination of speed, strength, and aggression make him a high-upside defender capable of dominating from multiple spots on the field.   Abram Wildrick (c/o 2026) Position: Defensive Tackle / Defensive End School: Maclay High Height/Weight: 6'1”, 255 lbs Week 1 Stats: 5 tackles, 3 TFL, 2 sacks   Scouting Report: Wildrick is a force in the trenches, capable of controlling the line of scrimmage with his strength and relentless motor. In Week 1, he consistently penetrated the backfield, recording multiple tackles for loss and two sacks. His versatility allows him to line up inside or outside, creating mismatches against both guards and tackles. With his blend of size, leverage, and effort, Wildrick has the skill set to anchor a defense and create consistent disruption.
