Sophomores Who Stepped UP Big This Week

Let's check it out.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1036605' first='Trace' last='Wilson']</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Wilson is one of the 2028 players who has been doing a really good job for a long time. He was not a starter last season, but we knew that he was going to be one of the players who was going to be a baller in this class. He took an interception back to the house for a touchdown last night. Wilson has some pretty good size, and we think that he is going to continue to make big plays this season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1006384' first='Tyson' last='Hunter']</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Hunter made it happen for his team last night. He also took an interception to the house for Tupelo. Before their game, we told you that they are going to have a lot of younger players who are going to contribute to this team. Do not be surprised if you see him running the football some this season. He is one of their starting linebackers. Hunter is already picking up division one offers.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='447349' first='Zaiden' last='Jernigan']</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>We knew that Jernigan was going to have a really good season this year. He is a guy from Louisville who is ranked amongst the best players in the nation for his class. Jernigan carries a big body, and he is able to move around with ease. He is not one of those stiff guys who cannot make things happen in space. Defenders should be aware of who he is this season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1178285' first='Travion' last='Washington']</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Washington is a linebacker from Brandon who played a good game last night despite his team taking a tough loss to Tupelo. Washington is going to continue to make plays all season. He is a really good linebacker who has lot of heart on the field. He showed that last night when his team first started losing in their game vs. Tupelo. We expect him to be a younger player who is going to be one of the leaders on Brandon's defense this year.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
