4-2A: Teams Breakout Candidate

<p>Arkansas high school football will start in a few weeks. This report wraps up each team from every conference's potential breakout candidates. </p>   <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Carlisle:</h2>    <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='1575471' first='Cajuan' last='Pernell'] will likely be Carlisle's leading prospect in almost every stat category. He's a big-bodied target with strong hands and good hand-eye coordination to adjust or catch against contest. He throws with solid velocity, allowing him to deliver the ball accurately into tight windows. Barrett is strong, tough, and poised in the pocket under pressure. Post-snap, he displays good contact balance and leg drive to break through tackles. He's a smooth route runner who can create separation. Offensively, he displays a strong anchor due to solid lower body strength, balanced base, and hand placement to control. I expect him to take another leap this fall. He displays solid initial quickness off the snap and into his pass sets. He quickly creates leverage with good pad level and hand placement. He showcases a strong anchor due to solid lower body strength, balance, and use of hands, allowing him to control the opposition vs bull or speed to power rushers. He's coming off a strong freshman season at the junior high level, leading in targets. Everett will be in the rotation with his quickness and ability to create separation off breaks.
