1.[player_tooltip player_id='1188085' first='Sione' last='Kaho'] 6-3 205 QB Lincoln OFFERS (7) Oregon, Washington, Utah, Ariz St, BYU

Kaho gets the #1 spot but still has a lot to prove. Statistically he has a chance to be one of WA's all-time great QB's, starting as a freshman, and being the only sophomore to earn 1st team 3A all-state honors last year. I would expect him to crush last season's numbers where he totaled 24 TDs (17 passing, 7 rushing) while hitting on 62% of his passes.

2.[player_tooltip player_id='1599603' first='Tevita' last='Nonu'] 6-3 275 DT O'Dea OFFERS (10) Notre Dame, Washington, Cal, Arizona St, Arizona

Nonu makes a big jump up the rankings board with numerous offers coming in over the last few months from the likes of Notre Dame. His mobility in the trenches is incredibly unique, being a key member of O'Dea's undefeated state championship team.

3.[player_tooltip player_id='1188109' first='Braylon' last='Pope'] 6-3 185 WR Sumner OFFERS (13) USC, Washington, Oregon, Miami, Arizona St

I could see Pope being the #1 recruit in the state for the 27' class with another big season. He went off as a sophomore, helping his team to the 4A title, while earning 1st team all-state accolades in the process. His 68 catches for 952 yards last year speaks to his game.

4.[player_tooltip player_id='1188082' first='Gecova' last='Doyal'] 6-4 285 OL Puyallup OFFERS (14) Washington, Oregon, Tennessee, Minnesota, Texas A/M

Definitely one to watch with Puyallup being one of the fastest rising programs in the region. I see Doyal projecting more on the interior with this being a huge year from a recruitment standpoint. He earned 1st team all-conference honors as a sophomore.

5.[player_tooltip player_id='1315611' first='Zach' last='Albright'] 6-5 220 TE Glacier Peak OFFERS (7) Michigan, Wisconsin, Washington, Cal, Minnesota

Probably the fastest rising recruit in the NW. His big time offers outside the region speak to him potentially being one of the top TE prospects nationwide for his class. As a sophomore he put up impressive numbers catching 29 passes for 403 yards and 8 TDs.

6.[player_tooltip player_id='1188105' first='J'Isaiah' last='Mitchell'] 6-5 180 ATH Puyallup OFFERS (8) Washington, Washington St, BYU, Cal

It's hard to find Mitchell's versatility on a 6-5 frame. I would expect him to have a POY type season as a junior, after earning 2nd team all-conference honors last year, and catching 50+ balls the last two seasons.

7.[player_tooltip player_id='928074' first='Maurice' last='Williams'] 6-1 180 DB Emerald Ridge OFFERS (10) Washington, Boise St, Arizona St, Oregon St

Williams broke out as a freshman and earned 1st team all-conference honors as a sophomore before making the move from Yelm to Emerald Ridge. His DB MVP accolades at the Under Armour Camp this off season helped solidify him as one of the top defensive backs on the west coast.

8.[player_tooltip player_id='1368318' first='Michael' last='Kori'] 6-1 165 ATH Kamiakin OFFERS (2) Oregon St, Idaho

Another one of the fastest rising prospects in the region. Kori broke out at the NW Showcase last month, the region's premier event, garnering multiple offers. The 1st team all-conference athlete can play a handful of different positions, going for 850 all-purpose yards and 14 TDs as a sophomore.

9.[player_tooltip player_id='1188123' first='Ty' last='Tautolo'] 6-4 240 DE Lake Stevens OFFERS (10) Oregon, Notre Dame, Kansas St, Washington, Texas A/M

Tautolo makes the move from Snohomish to 4A power Lake Stevens which should allow him to see much improved competition, after earning 2nd team all-conference honors the last two seasons. The offers speak for themselves.

10.[player_tooltip player_id='569907' first='Ayden' last='Bullinger'] 6-5 240 T Graham-Kapowsin OFFERS (2) Montana St, Portland St

I could see Bullinger blowing up this coming year and being a major D1 recruit. The 2x 1st team All Area tackle has allowed 1 sack in the last two years and has the frame to add some significant size which would only help his recruitment.

11.[player_tooltip player_id='1188077' first='Tayven' last='Collins'] 5-11 180 Safety Cascade Christian OFFERS (5) BYU, New Mexico, Nevada, Sac St

Collins has elite football instincts and made a few plays during the HEIR vs FSP matchup that you had to see to believe. He will be a 1A POY favorite at Cascade Christian this coming season, accounting for close to 1600 total yards and 15 TDs, while projecting defensively and making 95 tackles, 3 INTs, and 7 sacks.

12.[player_tooltip player_id='1368334' first='Elijah' last='Carney'] 6-2 190 ATH Lincoln OFFERS (4) Oregon, Tennessee, Sac St

Expect a big year from Carney who made 20 tackles with 2 INTs in only 5 games last season. If top ranked QB [player_tooltip player_id='1188085' first='Sione' last='Kaho'] has the season we all think, Elijah could be a primary recipient offensively and thrive on both sides of the football.

13.[player_tooltip player_id='1188110' first='Michael' last='Pulalasi'] 6-0 220 LB Puyallup OFFERS (1) Portland St

Another reason Puyallup could be one of the top 4A programs in the state this coming year. Pulalasi makes the move from Lakes after earning conference POY honors on the defensive side of the ball as a sophomore, accounting for 116 tackles with 11 TFL's. Credit to PSU on being the first to extend an offer as he will have many more.

14.[player_tooltip player_id='1241961' first='Will' last='Lynch'] 6-5 260 OL Lake Stevens

Lynch earned 1st team all-league honors this past season after starting every game as a freshman for the Vikings. As of right now he's one of the most underrecruited players in the region considering his D1 projection.

15.[player_tooltip player_id='937738' first='Kase' last='Betz'] 5-11 170 WR Graham-Kapowsin OFFERS (3) Montana St, Portland St

I would consider Betz one of the top two-way threats on the west coast for his class. If he was to end up at Montana St, he would be a perfect example of why they are playing for national championships. As a sophomore he caught 50 passes for 858 yards and 11 TDs, earning 1st team all-league honors at WR. He also added 29 tackles with 4 PBU's and 1 INT on D.

16.[player_tooltip player_id='1679407' first='Seth' last='Price'] 6-1 195 WR Lake Stevens OFFERS (2) Nevada, Montana St

Price made a significant jump up the rankings board after an impressive sophomore year where he averaged 10.2 yards per catch with 5 TDs. He has D1 genes and could just be getting started from an offer standpoint.

17.[player_tooltip player_id='1599631' first='Ashton' last='Pillard'] 6-4 220 TE Sumner OFFERS (2) San Diego St, Montana St

The big TE has had a nice offseason garnering multiple D1 offers and positional MVP honors on the camp circuit. There is still a lot yet to be determined here, but expectations will be high for him and the 4A state champs with Carter Cocke graduating.

18.[player_tooltip player_id='1568794' first='Drenden' last='Knaevelsrud'] 6-4 205 LB Mount Si

As mentioned Knaevelsrud was the only sophomore in the 4A KingCo to earn all-league honors, racking up 2nd team accolades and leading the D with 80 tackles. He's added some size and impresses with his overall versatility, being able to play multiple spots on the field.

19.[player_tooltip player_id='584705' first='Adonai' last='Ve'e'] 6-0 220 LB Kentwood

Some of the best film in the state. Ve'e plays at a different speed but is still one of WA's most underrated defenders in my opinion. As a sophomore he earned 1st team all-conference honors, making 91 tackles, with 4 sacks, and 21 tackles for loss.

20.[player_tooltip player_id='1368366' first='Malik' last='Burns'] 6-1 180 WR/DB Spanaway Lake

One of the most impressive overall athletes in the state. Burns will be a multi offer D1 kid as universities are missing on him as of right now. He racked up 1st team all-conference honors last season, catching 32 passes for 595 yards (18.6 ypc) and 9 TD's.

21.[player_tooltip player_id='685276' first='Sirjewel' last='Glover'] 6-1 185 WR Rainier Beach OFFERS (4) Nevada, Montana St, Portland St, Idaho

Glover continues to add offers and had a nice season on the 7v7 circuit. That said as there is limited tape on him with a lot of eyes on Rainier Beach this coming season.

22.[player_tooltip player_id='652802' first='Elias' last='Tulifua'] 6-0 195 Safety Sumner OFFERS (1) Louisville

Tulifua received an early from Louisville, but it's been quiet since then. He makes the move from Eastside Catholic to 4A state champ Sumner for his junior season. From a recruitment standpoint a lot will be determined this year.

23.[player_tooltip player_id='1188104' first='Royce' last='Miller'] 6-0 205 RB Kennedy Catholic

Keep an eye on Miller now that he is fully healthy. He averaged 8.1 yards per carry as a freshman with 400+ yards and 4 TDs and has the potential of being a legit D1 guy with 4.4 speed.

24.[player_tooltip player_id='1530872' first='Jordan' last='Noel'] 5-10 170 CB Kennedy Catholic OFFERS (1) Sacramento St, Portland St

Noel made a significant jump up the rankings board with his 4.43 speed and a super impressive sophomore campaign, landing his first few D1 offers. He excelled on defense with 7 INTs and had 5 TDs with only 7 catches offensively. Unreal numbers.

25.[player_tooltip player_id='1733964' first='Daniel' last='Haynes'] 6-3 190 CB/ATH Rainier Beach OFFERS (2) Sacramento St, Idaho

You have to like the size and what he did this off season as part of FSP. Anytime you have a 6-3 corner that moves like him, you are appealing as a prospect.
