He moves well for his size and shows effort in finishing blocks. Still a bit raw, Hickman's best football is ahead of him once he adds polish and gains reps against top competition.</p>

While his game is still developing in the finer technical aspects, Phillips could rise fast with continued strength gains and exposure.</p>

He moves surprisingly well for his age and size, and as he fills out and gets more reps, his potential at tackle becomes even more intriguing. A true long-term projection with tools you can't coach.</p>
