He shows he can create separation downfield, has strong hands in traffic and is a very high IQ pass catcher that can get underneath zone coverage and quickly knife up-field. He shows he can run a variety of in-breaking and out-breaking route concepts and has a nice open field gear with big play abilities. He is a highly instinctual and rangy outside linebacker that flows quickly to the ball, shows closing speed and good tackling abilities in space and has a quick trigger when coming up to set the edge. He shows backside pursuit and the ability to go through or bend underneath bigger blockers at the second level and plays fast consistently. He is a sideline to sideline play-maker that is a high motor kid that displays closing speed, nice tackling abilities in space and has natural instincts for the position. He shows he is fluid in coverage against bigger backs and receivers and can apply pressure off the edge or up the middle with good timing and a violent use of hands at the point of attack. He is a very active linebacker that plays with good violence and a high motor at all times and shows closing speed and tremendous tackling abilities out in space. He has a quick trigger, takes the proper angles behind the line and shows he can apply pressure off the edge with natural bend and a quick use of hands to get around bigger tackles. He is a very athletic prospect with good bend in his stance, is quick off the ball with a heavy inside punch and shows he can pull across the LOS and get to the second level quickly. He plays with good leverage, balanced base and leg drive through contact and has block finish abilities at the first level.
