He uses his speed well to defeat blocks and get into the offensive backfield. Gonzalez is a threat to contain the run as well as put pressure on the opposing quarterback. He is a defensive lineman to watch out for this upcoming season for the Saints. Mahan has the quickness needed to stretch the opposing defense from a vertical perspective. However, Mahan is a wide receiver who can work the underneath routes as well. He is an unselfish blocker and has no problem creating rushing lanes for his teammates. He had 11 tackles in the playoff game against Farmington and was all over the field. Douglas does a great job of reading the play. He sheds blocks with his quickness. Meanwhile, he has no problem making the tackle. Douglas can defend against the run or be counted on to drop back into pass coverage. He does an excellent job of creating separation from opposing defensive backs. McClure is a nightmare to bring down in the open field. McClure has the ability to work the underneath and intermediate routes as well as the vertical routes effectively. Maturino has no problem going up and grabbing the football at its highest point. He has the quickness to stretch the field vertically. Meanwhile, he is a willing blocker for his teammates.
