2028 Rankings Update- Who Are Some of Alabama’s Top LBs?

He's 6'2 and 220 lbs as a freshman in high school. Ward is a really productive pass rusher- he's explosive off the snap and overwhelms OTs with his speed, quickly working his way into the backfield to generate tons of pressure and rack up sacks.</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>Ward is just as productive in coverage- he does a great job taking away pass catchers underneath and has the ball skills to rack up some impressive PBUs and INTs. Ward is going to be a problem for offenses over the next few seasons. Brooks is a highly instinctual and athletic LB who is dominant against the run. He's quick to react, plays with great speed, and has the tackling skills to meet and stop the ball carrier behind or just past the line of scrimmage for little to no gain.</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>Brooks has also shown to be a huge asset for his team's special-teams unit.
