As we head deeper into the month of July, the 2025 high school football season is quickly approaching. With that in mind, we have entered a new round of rankings updates in the state of Kentucky, with the class of 2026 being the latest class to be updated. Now that these rankings have been posted, I have been breaking down our updated Top 275 by position. After already covering the offensive and defensive sides of the ball, I will wrap things up with our top ATH in the class of 2026 in the state of Kentucky who make an impact at multiple positions.

[player_tooltip player_id='401710' first='Jacob' last='Savage'] has consistently been one of the top players in the state in his class over the past few seasons. He makes a huge impact on both sides of the ball but I believe he is at his best on defense at linebacker. Savage is very impressive against the run, showing the ability to read the play quickly then use his speed to get to the ball carrier to make the tackle before they can get going. He finished this past season with a team-high 141 tackles and 9.5 tackles for loss in 15 games. Savage also showed the ability to make plays against the pass as a junior, finishing the year with three sacks and one interception. On offense, Savage is an electric ball carrier, showing the speed to run away from the defense along with the strength and elusiveness to break tackles with ease. Savage carried the ball 156 times for a team-leading 1,085 yards and 23 touchdowns as a junior and also made an impact in the passing game, catching 29 passes for 313 yards and four touchdowns. Jacob is committed to Indiana where I can see him being a very productive player at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='212336' first='Marlon' last='Harbin'] is a player who has been high on our radar for a while now and continued to impress this past season. After spending most of his career at receiver, he also showed the ability to play out of the backfield as a junior, leading the Tigers in both rushing and receiving. He ran the ball 123 times for 704 yards and 12 touchdowns while catching 47 passes for 639 yards and six touchdowns in 12 games as a junior. Marlon has explosive speed which he uses to create separation in the passing game and run away from the defense for big gains as a ball carrier. He also has the elusiveness to make defenders miss in the open field. Harbin also came away with a team-high three interceptions last season. Marlon is committed to Louisville where I can see him making a key impact once he gets there, regardless of where they decide to play him.

[player_tooltip player_id='971497' first='Isaiah' last='Martin'] is another player who has been high on our radar for a while now. On offense, Martin lines up at receiver where he uses his speed to blow by opposing defensive backs with ease in the deep passing game. He is also very impressive after the catch, using his speed and elusiveness in the open field to turn short passes into big gains at any given moment. Martin finished his junior year with 46 receptions for 718 yards and nine touchdowns in 11 games. On defense, Isaiah lines up at safety where he is very reliable in coverage. He does a great job of reading the quarterback then breaking on the ball with perfect timing to make a play once it is in the air. As a junior, Martin came away with a team-high five interceptions in 11 games, returning one of them for a touchdown. He also finished this past season with half a sack and showed the ability to come downhill to provide support against the run, finishing the year with 103 tackles and one tackle for loss. Martin currently holds offers from Eastern Kentucky and UT Martin, and I fully expect more to come his way going into his senior year.

[player_tooltip player_id='283957' first='Cam' last='Estep'] is coming off a very impressive junior season. He did most of his damage on offense as a receiver, leading his team with 63 receptions for 1,027 yards and nine touchdowns in 13 games. Estep lines up mainly in the slot where he has shown the ability to use his speed and quick breaks in his routes to create separation from opposing defensive backs. He is also very reliable in contested catch situations, showing the ability to look in passes into bring them in with ease through contact. Cam also ran the ball 23 times for 90 yards and two touchdowns as a junior and returned one punt and a kickoff for touchdowns. He also made an impact on defense, finishing his junior season with 43 tackles and a team-leading five interceptions. Cam currently holds offers from Marshall and Eastern Kentucky, and I expect more to come his way as he is a Division I caliber prospect.

To wrap up our top five ATH in the class of 2026 in the state of Kentucky, I have [player_tooltip player_id='401704' first='Dylan' last='Lee']. Lee had a very impressive junior year at receiver, catching 46 passes for 608 yards and seven touchdowns in 15 games. He has a quick release which he uses to create initial separation from defense backs with ease. Lee has also shown the speed to maintain that separation in the deep passing game. After the catch, he has shown the speed and elusiveness in the open field to turn short passes into big gains. On defense, Lee lines up at corner where he is very impressive in zone coverage, showing the ability to read route combinations then break on the ball with perfect timing to make a play when it is thrown his way. Dylan finished this past season with a team-high six interceptions (one returned for a touchdown), while also accounting for 28 tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss, and a sack. Lee is committed to Colgate where I can see him making an early impact once he gets there.
