One of the advantages of attending so many things during the course of a spring and summer, is you see things live and discover talent that many other analysts only hear about after these prospects start to emerge.

In our many travels across the state of Florida this past off-season, while many were fixed on the star-rated athletes and skill position players, we were fortunate to stand five feet away from some of the hardest working offensive and defensive linemen in Florida.

Because linemen rarely get the spotlight, laying eyes on some of the emerging talent that this state has to offer is why we continue to showcase and spotlight prospects that many have not seen.

Today, we give some of those Class of 2026 senior linemen a chance to share the stage with players who continue to get the recognition.

Here are five versatile linemen to keep an eye on:

[player_tooltip player_id='1776490' first='Lorvens' last='Barthelemy'], OT, 6'6, 310, Coconut Creek Monarch. Makes his way over from Pompano Beach Blanche Ely and has enjoyed a tremendous spring and summer for the Knights. Has the size, athleticism and strength that adds up to something special. Watch him play and you are impressed how he does not stop blocking and performing until the whistle blows. As he gets stronger and continues to work on his technique, the sky is truly the limit.

[player_tooltip player_id='1778235' first='Luke' last='Chappell'], G/T, 6'3, 280, Sarasota Riverview – 4.0 GPA. The blueprint for a student/athlete that combines his skills as a versatile lineman with his ability to get it done in the classroom. The first thing you notice about his play on the field is how technically sound he is – finishing up every play. He has impressive footwork, making him someone you can move around anywhere up front.

One who can line up at center or guard on the offensive side of the ball as well as showing his agility and athleticism as a defensive presence as a tackle who has tremendous vision and will get after it from the start of the play until the end. He will be one to keep an eye on in 2025.
