Most of the athletes referenced here are ranked among the top players in Oregon for their class. Each had an impressive showcase event, helping to up their stock prior to the PRZ Rankings update. Have a look..

[player_tooltip player_id='937176' first='Malachi' last='Garlington'] 27' WR Nelson OR

One of the top young dual threat athletes in Oregon looked outstanding running routes at the showcase. Garlington has the potential of being the #1 WR in the state for the 28' class and he is also an elite hooper.

[player_tooltip player_id='1609764' first='Sam' last='Robbins'] 28' TE Valley Catholic OR

If Robbins continues to progress, he has a chance to be one of the top recruits on the west coast. The 6-6 receiver has an unlimited ceiling and will require a consistent double team if you want to contain him moving forward. He was one of the most impressive individuals among 900+ athletes.

[player_tooltip player_id='1110920' first='Parker' last='Sellner'] 26' QB Newberg OR

One of the best overall athletes in Oregon you might not know about. Sellner looked the part and then some at the showcase and will be a Pacific Conference POY favorite this coming season. He has great size and is an appealing recruit who can play multiple spots on the field.

[player_tooltip player_id='1593187' first='Ryan' last='Perkins'] 27' WR Central OR

The undersized slot receiver is legit. Central has an intriguing group of 27's highlighted by two of the nation's top baseball players. Perkins has exceptionally quick feet and showed why he was a 1st team all-conference selection as a sophomore.

[player_tooltip player_id='1369697' first='Talon' last='Sosky'] 27' WR Central Catholic OR

The 6-4 Sosky is a huge get for Central Catholic. The Ridgefield WA transfer should immediately make an impact for the Rams and be one of the top players in the Mt Hood.

[player_tooltip player_id='1341967' first='Tayton' last='Promma-Harris'] 26' DB Central Catholic OR

I would bet on Promma-Harris being one of 6A's breakout players this coming season. He was one of the better DB's in attendance and will help the Rams secondary be listed among the best in the region.

[player_tooltip player_id='1691682' first='Jack' last='Fournier'] 27' TE Mountain View WA

We've talked a lot about Fournier the last few weeks and he showed why against top competition. The standout hooper is still relatively raw but should be one of the best in SW Washington.

[player_tooltip player_id='1613644' first='Presley' last='DeLance'] 28' WR Lake Oswego OR

Expect to see DeLance listed among the top players in Oregon for the 2028 class. As deep as the Lakers are he has a chance to be a big-time contributor as a sophomore. You can't teach the size and coordination which was on display at the showcase.

[player_tooltip player_id='1112394' first='Geovoney' last='Burks'] 26' LB Roosevelt OR

Congrats to Burks who was just offered by Idaho and has one of the fastest rising stocks in the region. The 3*, 1st team all-conference returner, will be a leading candidate for PIL Defensive POY honors. He had an MVP type performance at the event.

[player_tooltip player_id='1591586' first='Luke' last='Ortner'] 27' RB Jesuit OR

Ortner has been all over making a name for himself. The undersized back can play and proved that as a sophomore, earning 2nd team All-Metro honors. He looked like one of the best receiving RBs at the showcase.

[player_tooltip player_id='635258' first='Thor' last='Brody'] 27' RB Camas WA

Brody had a breakout sophomore season helping his team to the state title game. He has continued that success with an incredibly impressive off season, including a few of the camps top highlights.

[player_tooltip player_id='1609761' first='Tyler' last='Holmes'] 28' LB West Linn OR

If there was a was Defensive MVP given out for the 2028 class, it would have been Holmes. He made some unreal plays in front of multiple colleges, making people stand up and take notice. The returning state champs are once again loaded, and he could be a key contributor as a sophomore.

[player_tooltip player_id='1560665' first='Brevik' last='Hill'] 27' WR Grants Pass OR

The Cavemen have record setting QB [player_tooltip player_id='796694' first='Jordan' last='Rossetta'] back. He will have the luxury of having standout RB [player_tooltip player_id='1569379' first='Treyton' last='Powers'] and the 5-11 165-pound receiver Hill both returning. As a sophomore he accounted for close to 800 yards receiving and 13 TDs. One of the best stat lines in the state.

[player_tooltip player_id='1566148' first='Sean' last='Gerigk'] 26' WR Mountainside OR

I could see Gerigk leading the Metro and potentially the state in receiving yards. He's not your prototypical wideout from a size standpoint but get him in space and he will break your ankles. He had a phenomenal showcase event.

[player_tooltip player_id='914314' first='Deryk' last='Farmer'] 26' WR Cascade Christian OR

Colleges were talking about Farmer throughout the day. The small school standout has good size and will be a favorite for Oregon 3A POY honors heading into the season. Positionally, he provides universities with multiple options, making him that much more recruitable.

[player_tooltip player_id='914291' first='MJ' last='Kennybrew'] 26' WR West Linn OR

Once again the Lions are deep, but Kennybrew can play on either side of the ball and should have a big senior year. He did well at receiver at the event and is a potential X factor for West Linn this coming season.
